I regret buying my Renault Kiger. After only 4 years, the car suffered severe overheating issues that led to major engine repairs. I was first told by CMH Renault Midrand that the water tank was leaking, but Penta Renault Klerksdorp dismissed it as a loose cap. The problem continued until the car eventually broke down and left me stranded. After nearly 3 weeks for repairs, the car was returned with a noticeable engine rattling sound. I just took it back again recently, and it has now been another 2 weeks without my car and with little to no updates from the Penta Renault Klerksdorp dealership. Very disappointed with both the vehicle quality and customer service. I am not one to complain, but this has given me sleepless nights. I also thought I would be upgrading my model early next year, but I would rather move away from this brand.

I app**** for a Fibre connection and it has been a mission and horrible experience with them cancelling my orders, relogging, and no one calls to assist me. I have cancelled my subscription with a reputable ISP, VOX, and regret it BIG TIME. 6k bad reviews or 7k? Thats shocking, I am cancelling my order.
We were faced with an intruder running away from a crime they had committed. We pressed the emergency button twice, and there was a call from ADT., I live with an elderly person and not certain if this service is of any good anymore!
I will never ever buy anything from this store again. They advertise items with prices on their website and cancel your order when the pricing is incorrect. I placed an order of 25 hardware items to the value of R14 as advertised and they cancelled my order days later after realised the price was wrong. They immediately went and updated the price to almost double the original price. Now I must wait 14 business days for a flippin' refund!!!
