I am truly hurt by the treatment I got at totalsports Alex Mall by a guy Thando that ****med me in to a subscription that I did not ask for,I asked to pay for my account and was shocked of the slips when a read it was a subscription wow and NO TOTALSPORT DO NOT **** US PLEASE!!!
**** in to subscriptions, why are TFG stores ****med? I have have been ****med 3 times in to to your subscriptions and today was at total sports in Alex Mall. The cashier subscribed me in to something and just gave me s slip to sign when I asked what it was for he could not tell me. I am so scared as I have been having to call and cancel the subscriptions STOP. THIS IS WRONG.
Wow so client te has been debiting from my account and somehow they acctually do not even have my cell number now email. debiting for a policy that i do not have a policy number of, no knowladge of who is covered and what cover it it. on the 03 November i called and was told i took out this policy with Teboho Mpulo or something like that and today the have an audio. Clientel i really hope you have evidence that i Teboho really took out your policy as i do not like anyone playing with my money and taking me for a fool. show me that this policy is mine and show me that you made sure i have policy documents as per the TCF legestlation. Do not dismiss me as i had no budget for any of your policies as i am covered and happy with FNB, life, legal and funeral etc... I just left the pick n pay in Midways mall where apparently smartshoppet was ofline but as usual the staff could not tell me,i stood there as they complement each other's hair. Till the supervisor came and just ignored the problem and just went up and down they kept saying "sis Wendy" but she was smiling with some man and ignored us. I left the full trolly and went to Spur. Bramley pick n pay has such rotten staff that have no respect for people not customers just people.
I just called 082135 and spoke to a Milani that was not intersted on helpping me, he kept putting me on hold and called me Mrs customer as he was not paying any attention to me enquiry. I just took out a new contract and the delivery was done yesterday and i already can not get help!!!!! He di dnot even give me the Ref number. can someone call me to help me please
I must say that the pick n pay in Bramley has the worst staff ever. been shopping there for 2 years and they are bad from just asking them to help link a smart shopper to asking for cash back. one of them broke my eegs early sunday morning and just told me to fetch them and when i said why as you broke them she said"tjo you are the one who want eggs" They are bad from the super market to the fish and chips intluding the bottle store.
I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY THANK YOU TO PLATINM LIFE FOR THE CANCER COVER.

My capfirn account was in areas due to unemployment and once i got a job I called ver-tex solutions to make an arrangment and i must say on that day i call 3 call centers and the agents sounded like thay wanted to help me , until ver-tex wow!!! Dear Mr/Mrs Ver-tex I write tp you with a broken heart as your agents are so rude and have made my time with your company hell even yesterday as i was requesting to settle wich i did they were still so unwilling to help and i must say your lines are so bad , i had to keep calling and getting a difrent unwilling to help person! This morning i called to request a refund and spoke to a guy called Mulalo who was still sleeping and just spoke to me as if i work there and knew that refunds are done on Fridays and the line just went dead because i guess i really disturbed Molalo's sleep. Anyway i just really hope i never have to deal with your staff members and hope every South African can be out of debt so that we all do not have to call in to disturb Ver-Tex employees. Kind regards A very happy South African that will not be seeking assistance to repay her debts from Ver-Tex.
