Get More Car

Oustanding service and best business practice!!
I would like to share my pleasant experience with this company. I had a Nissan Xtrail and had listed my car privatley and was trying to get the best price I could. A guy nicknamed "Sticks" would call me every 2 weeks, trying to persuade me to give him the oportunity to list my car. At first I was very sceptical as I didnt trust another dealership and was thinking that they would take too much commission and I would not get the price I wanted. Having already experienced that real ****** like We Buy Car, Sell My Car Quick and Wheelie, who were basically trying to take my hard my hard earned years of paying my vehicle off and pocketing it, which is how they operate, I did not want to deal with anyone else in the market. A month later, Sticks was still calling me and I eventually decided to pay him a visit. He explained how their selling model work and I decided to give it a try. He worked with me weekly, giving me contstant update on hits and interets in my car. By the 4th week I got a call from him advsising that they had an interested buyer who wanted to test drive that car. After taking it tp them I was shocked that the buyer wanted to purchase after test drive, as I did not have another vehicle (ironically). The buyer wanyted some minor fixes and wanted to take my car in forit. Sticks arranged for me to a rental in the meantime. A few days later I handed over the vehicle papers and I was paid the full amount I wanted for my car, not a rand less. I was olaesantly shocked at how smoothly and pleasant the entire transcation. I did not meet the buyer. They did everything for me. I have another car that I will definitely take to them should I decide to sell as well as recommend all my friends and family to a company runs a business with ethics. Thank you for helping me at time I so desperatly needed to sell my car without being **********. In this country we all know what an experinece that can be. Thank you Sticks!!! FYI I sold my car through them a year ago. This is a long overdue review!

Telkom

Telkom is robbing me of my rights to earn a living
I am an e-hailing driver and was ****** of my phone on Sat, 15/02. I drove to Telkom in Cresta to have my phone blocked. Unfortunately for me they were offline and I had to hold onto to a landine call for an agent to assist me. It took a while but she was not able to block my sim immediately as the system was slow. Understandbly I had no choice but left her with an alternative contact number to contact me to confirm that it was blocked. I got no telephonic confirmation. So I got home, gathered some paperwork and went to Telkom Northgate. Little did I know what a nightmare I was in for. A lady who assisted me , called their call centre and had my phone unblocked and issued me with a new sim, advising me that the sim will take 24hrs to activate. I expressed the urgency of the sim activation to her as I am an e-hailing driver and I need the app and an active sim to work. So i was already losing income for Sat. When i got back home and looked at my emails, I received an email from Telkom, advising me "Dear Customer. Your order *** was completed, but your Sim could not be Resumed. Please contact the Telkom Call Center or visit your nearest Telkom Direct Store for further assistance.". I quickly drove back to the store and managed to get there 5mins, before closing, advising them that it seems that there is a problem with the sim swap as i just received this email notification. The lady told me not to worry as Karabo Rabotlhale will escalate the matter and sort off dismissed my desperation as trivial. On Sunday low and behold my sim is still not activate. I waited a bit as I assumed there must be a system delay, this while i could have been working. At 14.50 I went back to store and spoke to Karabo who very unwillingly told me that it will come on the next day, which is Monday. I was very frustrated at her dismiss manner and demanded to see the manager. A lady by the name of Jabule Nzimba {2IC}, came to assist and she apologised and blamed Karabo for not escalating the request. She then took alternative number to contact me and promised my sim would be active same day, just take a few hours, but they were closing, so I left, losing another day of work. On Monday, I tried to switch my phone and to my horror, my sim is still off. Frustrated and angry I drove to the Northgate branch as they only open at 9am. I get there and the staff member, who knew me started helping as if I am doing a new request, without telling me whats going on. After asking her she tells me the dept where it was escalated, did not do anything, so she is going to cancel it and issue me with another sim, which will take an hour to activate. I demanded to see the Jabulile, who promised to call me today when my sim was sorted. To my shock, the manger, Thulisile Sibeko comes to assist, advising me Jabulile that is off today. WHAT A CIRCUS OF *********** STAFF. I was promised that my sim would take 1 hour to activate. I left there store at 9:40. it is past the hour of promise. Still no active sim. I am a single parent, who's livelihood of my 3 kids solely depends on me working this job. This lack of service has costed me and my family 3 days in income loss. The best part is that I needed to pay R99 for a sim, that is till blocked and zero service for it. I have been a Telkom customer with a R890 contract for the past 6 years. I am totally appalled that people this *********** are given tools at their disposal to offer their customers a service but cannot deliver with zero consequence. 3 days and 5 visits and I am no better off. I feel that this experience was more traumatic than my *******. IS THIS THE SLA FOR TELKOM, when it comes to long standing paying customers. A COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY THAT COULD NOT CALL ME ONCE SINCE SATURDAY TO FOLLOW UP, NOT ONCE. THIS IS HOW A COMPANY VETTS THEIR STAFF AND PLAY ON PEOPLES MISFORTUNES. I WONT BE SURPRISED IF I HAVE TO GO TO THE STORE FOR A 6 TIMES. My contract falls due in September which I will not be renewing!!

Renew It - Discovery - Ethics of Practice in dealing with their Customers
I took my car to Renew It in Randburg as advised by Discovery, my Insurer. Thats when my nightmare started. The first hurdle was dealing with the assessors, who approved some of the repairs and declined the rest, without the full understanding of the accident. Guess they operate on playing a '"game of poker with Insurer's clients. At the first attempt to collect my vehicle, which we were informed is ready, was far from that. The quality of work was poor, the panels were loose, the nudge bar we were told was replaced (new), yet there was clear marks showing that it was not. They even went to the extent of putting a clear tape of the sign to camouflage that it looks new. I refused to accept the vehicle and it was taken back into their workshop. The 2nd attempt was also the similar. On the 3rd attempt, more than 5 weeks later, the vehicle despite not being in a satisfactory condition. I noticed that my right side headlight was chipped, obviously when they had refitted it. When I pointed this out to them, I was asked for proof of this. After much debate they advised they will sort it out, as I could not find any photos, at the time. I later found emails from the first assessment of the Insurer, who's assessor had taken clear pictures of my car's headlights, proving that it was not chipped. I then sent an email to Renew It on the 8 April and was advised that it was escalated to management. To date, after much following up with no feedback, still no answer. Raised this matter with Discovery, sent them my emails of complaint to Renew It on 19 April and I am still waiting. Clearly, Renew It tried to conceal further damages to my vehicle and was hoping I didn't notice. Also got my car back with a flat battery and had to get a new one. This is AN APPROVED PANELBEATER FOR DISCOVERY!!!!!

OUTsurance

ONE GRATEFUL SMALL BUSINESS OWNER!! THANK YOU OUTSURANCE!!
I have small business cover with Outsurance. Since lockdown, like every other SME, have been struggling to sustain our business. In these tough times its easy to contemplate taking a gamble by cancelling insurances and cover that we know is critical to our business. Fortunately we didn't. We are a fibre company and received work in the Vaalpark area. One of my company vehicles broke down on site. I had a mechanic sent out and discovered it was a major mechanical problem. I contacted Outsurance to have my vehicle towed back to my offices in Roodepoort. It was a WOW from the time of calling them. Zandre called me and sent me the details of the towing company. From there on it was constant follow up from him and the towing company until the vehicle was dropped off at my offices. The best part was that I did not pay anything as this formed part of my 2 free breakdowns for the year. That did not change the standard of service. In these tough times I would like to say to Outsance and Zandre, THE SERVICE AND CARE IS AWESOME....THANK YOU!!! From One Grateful Small Business Owner.

FNB TAKES PRIDE IN DISCRIMINATING AGAINST THEIR CLIENTS!!!
I have been a Business Client of FNB since 10/2016. I have a well conducted account with no facilities. During this time I have been to the bank twice to apply for credit and was declined, according to them, "Im under debt review". Ironically in Dec 2019. I purchased 2 vehicles and was again declined by them but approved by MFC. In my personal capacity I have a homeloan at Nedbank and a vehicle via MFC, with excellent credit record. I went into FNB Horizon in Aug 2020 and met the Business Banker to apply for Covid relief, who passed me onto Kubheka Zama at Randridge Mall Branch. Zama also advised me that I cannot apply as I was under Debt Review. I then sent him confirmation on the 31/08/2020, from the NCR, confirming that the matter was cleared and I should request from FNB to provide proof, verifying their source of the information. On 01/09/2020, he advised that he had sent the matter to the debt review department. Thereafter Zama disappears. No feedback. No emails. No follow up. On the 16/09 tried calling Zama. Never mind you go to a number that offers you the entire menu, except how you can get throught to a branch and the person on the other side puts me through to Three Rivers Branch, I eventually get hold of the Branch Manager, who tried to assist but would get Zama to call me back with some feedback. This is when the service from Zama gets even better. He calls me only to advise that had sent it on the 01/09/2020, but it was not allocated to a person, so nobody has had a look at my request. While my company/staff/business/their families a?waits the "All Mighty FNB Banker" Khubeka Zama, to give me feedback of their "UNFAIR DISCRIMINATION" of me as their business client, LETS ALL OF US WAIT. I as a company do not even have a R1000 facility with FNB. To date have I had any feedback from Khubeka Zama or his manager on my matter....NO!!! AM I EXPECTING ANY SERVICE FOR THE HEAVY MONTHLY FEES I PAY TO FNB......NO!!!! SINCE THE 19/09 TO DATE NO FEEDBACK>>>

"HOW CAN WE CHARGE YOU"

I have a business and personal account with FNB for about a year. Despite my business turnover, I have never had a call or anything from my so called " team of bankers" with a proposal on my business or personal account since inception.

When i log and urgent query regarding my account, i get a generic response, that i will receive a reply in 1 business day.....by which time is too late.

BUT when my account is in excess....watch the proactiveness. my debit orders are returned immediately with fees charged...that is how FNB " can help me". I get the unpaid sms before the actual debit order.

Their mentality around entrepreneurs is old school, not to metion their narrow creditmindedness. When i started up my business they have not come to the party but when I am fully established and don't need them that's when they will come offering! They are no different from other banks.....same **** different ban****!

All those ads we hear everyday means nothing when I, as a customer, experience ZERO!!!
