I have been complaining about receiving the incorrect proof of payments on my business account multiple times. I would do a payment, like this morning and get the wrong Proof of payment- then i request the proof of payment and still get the incorrect proof of payment- FNB system/IT department can see and check this out.......the issue is, now i am paying a service for something i never even wanted..... If it was the correct proof of payment, no problems....but request the proof more that 3 times sometimes
