The technical call centre does not respond. Called 2 hours ago left a message and nothing. This is a matter of urgency and security. Poor service from a company where things are supposed to be urgent!
This is the second April that I have the LOS light flashing. This is not a coincidence, a technician was supposed to come out but nothing. They are supposed to be available for support. We are still expected to pay for the service!
My service went down this morning, the consultant Nom was clueless insisting it's only my line. She raised a query with Vumatel who further states it takes 48 hours to resolve. It is unacceptable we pay for a service that we cannot use. I use this service for work. Mweb service is shocking and pathetic.
Yet again there is an issue. The app says the vehicle is disarmed but I called the call center and Vutomi insists he can see the vehicle location. This is getting ridiculous, such poor service!
Shocking and pathetic service from a supposed excellent tracking company. I have the device on a nes vehicle less than a month and the device viewing on the application constantly does not update. I have the most expensive package yet the facility does work. Peace of mind with Netstar is non existent.
I shop often using Sixty sixty, it shocking the shoppers employed camt use common sense. I purchased plasters that wad on a 3 for 2 special however only 1 was available. Instead of using my selected 2nd option and choosing 3 of those so that I will still qualify for the special, the person chose 1 from. My original order and 2 from my second choice so now I pag an extra R100...this is really *****ing from customers. Shocking and pathetic service.
I purchased Midlands eggs from the Queensburgh branch via MR D, the eggs are rotten. Disgusting and shocking from a big brand. Adverti*****t is a special but the eggs are rotten. 36 eggs unbelievable!!

Yesterday morning red LOS light was flashing on my box. I called my ISP and logged a fault. I followed up several times including today. I called the Vuma call centre early this morning and we informed that s technician was assigned this morning after 7. I have received no call or an appointment for today. So I called my ISP back and was told it's not even assigned yet?? Shocking nobody seems to know what's happening. VUMA REFERENCE 00663281.
Urgent I purchased items order number 0316361877 which was not delivered however I got an SMS stating that it was delivered. So this is theft and forgery. If I do not receive a full report I will open a case at the police station. It is unacceptable that you have ******* as courier staff.
