Absolutely disgusted with the service from Blue Security. Kharwastan residents are facing repeated break-ins, theft, trespassing, and escalating ******** activity while patrol visibility and management communication remain almost non-existent. Even more disturbing is that after a recent ***ual assault incident in the area, there still appears to have been no visible increase in security presence, urgency, or meaningful intervention from management. Despite numerous complaints and escalations from residents, nothing substantial has been done. How many more incidents must occur before a resident or family becomes tomorrow’s newspaper headline? Residents are paying for protection yet are left feeling abandoned, unsafe, and ignored. Confidence in Blue Security and its management has completely collapsed.

Their services are poor...They informed me that the first month is free which was a total lie....When I queried it the lady said that I should not listen to them even though they work for Blue Security....My account is now in arrears due to their misleading staff....The lady I spoke to was not helpful at all

The technical call centre does not respond. Called 2 hours ago left a message and nothing. This is a matter of urgency and security. Poor service from a company where things are supposed to be urgent!

I have been with Blue Security for over 10 years. They have been delivering exceptional service in all.of that time. They, together with other Security companies offer a backup to our CPF, and they even assist with distress calls on our Community security whatsapp platform to even NON PAYING RESIDENTS. Thank you Blue Security,

Reportex via their whatsapp that my transformer is not working at 18:49 on 18 Dec 25. Phoned them again at 10:00 on 19 Dec 25 to confirm report was received. Had to give refrence number as the Tech Support was not sure if received. The after confirmation of receipt, i was assured that it will be sorted out today 19 Dec 25. At 16:00 i phonef again. I was tokd i will be contacted. A call came to say it will only be done now on 20 Dec 25. I informed blue that i will sue for any breakins if it occures and i informed my insurance. Blue clearly does not care about their clients. I Will move to another security company.

Hi- have an issue with Liza on blue app- I press 2 to cancel then 0811- she just says goodbye and response not cancelled. I phoned blue 4 times today - including emergency and just got cut off each time. Asked them investigate- they were not a reliable security company. today, especially for emergencies

The very same company we use to keep us safe , is *****ing from us. I took a 3 year contract which ended 6 months ago. It included extra fees for the alarm system we purchased. They have still been taking out money for the system which has been paid for. It's unbelievable
