Disgraceful

It's nice to know that Blue Security personnel are above the Law, opening displaying a firearm on the hip when in civilian clothing. Since when are Security Above the Law.

Exceptional Service

I have been with Blue Security for over 10 years. They have been delivering exceptional service in all.of that time. They, together with other Security companies offer a backup to our CPF, and they even assist with distress calls on our Community security whatsapp platform to even NON PAYING RESIDENTS. Thank you Blue Security,

Security that does not care

Reportex via their whatsapp that my transformer is not working at 18:49 on 18 Dec 25. Phoned them again at 10:00 on 19 Dec 25 to confirm report was received. Had to give refrence number as the Tech Support was not sure if received. The after confirmation of receipt, i was assured that it will be sorted out today 19 Dec 25. At 16:00 i phonef again. I was tokd i will be contacted. A call came to say it will only be done now on 20 Dec 25. I informed blue that i will sue for any breakins if it occures and i informed my insurance. Blue clearly does not care about their clients. I Will move to another security company.

Blue security not reliable for emergencies today

Hi- have an issue with Liza on blue app- I press 2 to cancel then 0811- she just says goodbye and response not cancelled. I phoned blue 4 times today - including emergency and just got cut off each time. Asked them investigate- they were not a reliable security company. today, especially for emergencies

Poor customer services

This company has the worse customer Services and product dont last long .they are more happy to take ur funds for call out fees that making sure that the customer needs are helped out and resolved. My mum is a widow living on her own with alarm system that has continuously problems. They call centre is delayed and people have more lies and false hope .I hope other customers read this review and learn from my mistake .to this company call sarogenie Naidoo of 41 circle drive and resolve her queries or this advert will remain on this site

Theft by blue security's

The very same company we use to keep us safe , is *****ing from us. I took a 3 year contract which ended 6 months ago. It included extra fees for the alarm system we purchased. They have still been taking out money for the system which has been paid for. It's unbelievable

Still giving me the blues!

I recently wrote a review about Blue security trying to decuct money from my account that was not due to them as well as double debits.Once again causing unending charges on my account they have tried to debit for an annual fee that has been paid long ago despite the numerous calls I have made to try to clarify the issue. I had previously received an email informing me that my payments could now be done monthly to avoid the issues yet they persist... Accumulating bank charges and making promises to pay the charges and do nothing. They will not resolve the issues but continue to try to draw funds that are not owing to them. I have records of calls and emails to prove as much. Blue has the potential to be good security company but they are horrific administrators and their internal communications suck at a whole new level. Lutchmi from Mzansi who they have now merged with promised she would have these things sorted yet still the problem persists.
