From a VERY satisfied customer
I am VERY satisfied with service received from SHEIN on line store. Communication from order to delivery was prompt and very efficient. The parcel was delivered within the time period / date provided to me when I ordered. The goods arrived SUPER professionally packaged. Sizes were as described, and the quality is not bad at all. I will use them again!

Great service
We had an Inverter installed at our house. Because of a long waiting period, Thusano contracted another company to do the installation, so not to have an extended lead time. The installation went well. After a few days, the inverter was giving problems. Thusano reacted in good time, and the problem was sorted.

Excellent food!
We had my husband's birthday at the Bistro today. What awesome brunch it was! Excellent food, beautiful venue and super efficient service. We will be back! Thank you to the staff of Joostenberg Bistro.

Great On Line shopping experience!
I have used OneDayOnly for a while now. Their service is excellent! Communication is prompt if there is a delay in delivery. Sending returns is also a pleasure. I have never been disappointed with the service I receive from them.

A SCAM of a company
Worse Customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!! These guys should not be in business. There are too many examples to mention here. Francois Retief and Gillian Louw never returns emails or calls.

BAD service
I had a rather unpleasant experience with them today, I requested a quote on their website, filled in all the information about my 1 cat that I want a quote for. Then, I get a phone call from them, they ask me how they can help me with insurance for my DOG??!! I corrected them, after which I had to give them all the information I already provided on the website. When I asked about that, the answer was "oh, I don't know why the information did not pull through..... like I have that kind of time to waste on repeating myself. Then came the best. They cannot email me a brochure on what they all cover, they have to take me through everything telephonically.... seriously, in this time and age? Again, I do not have that kind of time during office hours. That is the end of me ever looking at them again, and will rather stay without pet insurance, or go elsewhere.
