I am extremely frustrated with the current situation at the South African Council for Educators (SACE). I have submitted my application and paid the required fee, but the system did not allow me to upload all the necessary documents. Despite this, my application now shows as “under review,” and I have been told the process can take over 30 days. This is completely unacceptable. I am currently unable to apply for teaching positions because I do not have a SACE certificate or any proof that my application is in progress. I urgently need at least a confirmation letter stating that I have app****, but my emails are being ignored, and telephonic support has been unhelpful. This is not just an inconvenience—it is directly affecting my ability to secure employment. I am requesting the following as a matter of urgency: * A formal confirmation that my application has been submitted and is under review * Immediate guidance on how to submit outstanding documents that the system would not accept * Assurance that my application will not be rejected due to system-related upload issues It is unacceptable that applicants are expected to wait over 30 days due to system inefficiencies while being left without any form of support or communication. I expect urgent intervention on this matter.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the handling of the April 30th graduation process and the continued delay in issuing my official certificate for my postgraduate qualification. I paid all my tuition fees in full last year and fulfilled all academic requirements. I also informed the institution in advance that I would not be attending the graduation ceremony. Despite this, as of today, 2 June, I have received no communication regarding when I will be issued my certificate. This lack of communication and efficiency is entirely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I have learned from a fellow graduate who did attend the ceremony that the event was disorganized, certificates were not printed for many of the students, and administrative issues (such as a R40 balance, which had allegedly already been settled) were used as justification to withhold certificates. This is not only unprofessional but also deeply embarrassing for an institution that claims to uphold standards in higher education. At present, I am unable to apply for professional positions or register with SACE, as the provisional document issued by the institution is not accepted for these purposes. This delay is actively hindering my career progression and professional development. I am requesting the following: 1. Immediate confirmation of the status of my certificate and the reason for the delay. 2. A written commitment and timeline for when I will receive the official certificate. 3. Clarification on whether there are any outstanding issues (financial or otherwise) on my account – which, to my knowledge, there are not. I expect this matter to be resolved urgently. If not, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) and relevant accreditation bodies. I believe I am entitled to the documentation that reflects the time, effort, and money I have invested in my education. I look forward to your prompt and professional response. Sincerely, Mikyla Passerini-Stander
What an absolute joke! Unable to reach anybody concerning final results! Take my money, but don’t offer my results?!
Checkers60 Wellington Welgeleë is pathetic! I never receive proper products (rotten meat), rude staff, or my deliveries get cancelled. Honestly - close your doors! Your revamp does not do you justice, when you lack on all other fields.
They are charging me for a module that I didn’t even participate in. After asking, pleading, fighting for MONTHS, they fail to answer my emails and calls. I’m registered for a module that is the same equivalent to an UNDERGRADUATE MODULE, but I’m a POST GRADUATE STUDENT. They are withholding my Semester 1 grades and my registration for Semester 2. I’m happy and ready to pay for the rest. But this just doesn’t sit well with me. I’m utterly disappointed. Top notch lecturers, but poor and *********** administration team.
Horrified by the way the delivery guy treated me. He was extremely rude and left without delivering my package.
Stadio is an absolute joke! The administration is pathetic. The year is in full swing, we are nearing the middle of the year and still I haven't been registered to the correct modules. I have phoned, I have emailed, I have even asked lecturers to help me (I am at witts end) to reach admin. Some lady phoned me and promised that she will assist me because there was a death in her family. I understand, I sympathised, but now I am beyond annoyed. I couldn't care less if someone dies in your family - you have a job, I have waited patiently, I have respectfully listened to and followed instructions via phone calls and emails. Now I want my things sorted out. Hell, I don't even know what I'm supposed to pay you guys. I have even submitted a few assignments!! Get your act together, contact me, ASAP!
My glasses aren't even a year old and the coating is forming bubbles on my lenses. Paid well over 4K for my pair of specs and it's disgusting. I tried ordering contact lenses online and apparently I need to go for another test because it's not valid within 9 months. Absolutely disgusting service and products!
