The communication at the 2nd hand dealership Motus is up to …… it’s almost 2 weeks since I’m waiting for feedback in connection with a manufacturer warranty claim They say it will take up to five days but we standing weeks later and I need to send them WhatsApp messages to follow up but then just get ignored Can’t believe that’s the service we get after buying a car from them
The gentleman who assisted me was just amazing and know what he is talking about well done

Can't believe cartrack they taking R870 2 days back for reinstallation still No reinstallation and that's 2 days later and waiting 3 weeks for them This morning I woke up and again cartack take R870 cartrack take R1740 from me for for no service not going to leave this here
Bad service from cartrack I struggle 2 weeks just to move device from previous car to new car no calls no emails nothing but fast to tell me about the 850 installation fee. I'm fedup now with this poor service. In the meantime my car is at risk 😞
very disappointed in Vodacom, I phone is 4 times to cancel my contract with vodacom 4th of July End of jule And beginning of August And still my contact is not yet canceled Is this how you treat your customers???
<p>Good day </p> <p> </p> <p>yesterday 08/04/17 i visit vodacom world to do a upgrade. But before i visit them i phone in to asked if they have IPhone 6 in store the lady said yes and we asked them to keep one out we are on our way there. around 15:30 we arrived at vodacom world to to the upgrade on my nr we sit there for 1 hours and a half and round about 16:50 they called my nr out i sit down with a lady to do the upgrade they said they are offline but it looks like they want to go home she said i have to come back the next day i told her i cant because it is 70km far from vodacom. we said we asked a lady to keep one out for me ,se went to the back and said yes our name is there but they cant helped but just before it was my turn 4 people get their new phone it look like they doesnt want to helped me. </p>
