Sunday morning around 10am I was hit by Albany baker driver who skipped the robot, I didn't see him coming and from the damages of my car I don't think he stopped by the robot, I sent an email yesterday morning to tigers brands and auto response said I will contacted within 24hrs but it hasn't happened, I need to know their claim process to prevent my claim from being late
Sat i bought 2 redbat jeans for my partner at Sportscene clearwater, we were told that non ripped jean is on sale but when we reached the counter we were told that the non ripped jean that we selected is not sale, when we reached home my partner tried to fit the jean but it tore/ripped by the back pocket, went to the store again on sunday for assistance but were told that since the parcel left the store in good condition its only Neo that can help but will only be available on monday, no call on Monday then yesterday my partner called in and spoke to Gundan (not sure of the spelling) but to this day no assistance
On Saturday i went to Luvuvhu St, Dlamini, Soweto Shell petrol station to pour petrol but i was using a gif voucher card that has a pin and a chip, when i was making the payment thats when i was told that Shell garage doesnt take or accept gift vouchers - this is the first time hearing this and there was no notification anywhere within the premises in order to avoid such, the guy by the name of Teffo took my car keys and i had to stay in the car with open windows with 5 year old child in that cold weather because i couldnt make alternative and i didnt have a phone with me, later i was forced to leave my car spare wheel then risk by driving a car without a spare just because i couldnt pay pertrol of R100 as i had R50 hard cash with me - im so disappointed to be treated like a ******** in front of my child
Few weeks back I received a SMS advising me that my legal n funeral policy has lapsed due t non payments but debit went through without receiving a call to re instate, please refund my funds I'm unemployed
Shaheen Adam's, worse consultant I needed road side assist so I used the chat platform on cartracker website, s/he responded and I provided all my personal details then promised to come back but just vanished after few min, sent new chat and s/he responded but after stating s/he just cancelled my our conversation s/he transferred me to Agnes More who assisted me and I'm grateful of her
Can someone atleast respond to confirm that my claim forms were received, claim processed n TAT for the payout. I'm unemployed I need the funds
I got retrenched and my former employer used a smart exit system for my provident fund withdrawal, I received the link to select my prefared option and I opted to withdraw the funds but I couldn't pass the page after putting my bank account, momentum was informed 3 times with a screen shot, I sent a request for a call back 4 times but no one has contacted me
Zero rating for both Kenneth and dstv, no one has contacted me even now, instead they disconnected my service meaning the R89 that I paid was a waste of my money the previous complaint was a waste of time, I Wil knock to all media channels until my query is sorted
Worse service, around the 18th of November I got a call from Ayanda Ngidi who advised me that I only I'm one of the selected member n I Wil be charged R79 for Nov, Dec n Jan if I reconnect, I agreed n double confirmed with her but when I was about to the payment amount was diff, I queried n got a call from Keneth who I feel didn't read my query, he had all sort of stories that was not related to my query n couldn't even able calculate a pro rata, I promised to listen to the call then call me back but he didn't n today its Tuesday
Hi phone your call but number has an auto answer then gives out an email address then cuts off, I sent an email on the 27th but only auto response, sent another on the 1st of June n again yesterday but same story no feed, I just want my provident statement what's so difficult, [email protected]
