This dumb shoe city company has employees that *****ulently open accounts on innocent people's names and now want to blacklist you because of an overdue account that I have no idea about. This is all inside jobs because surely they must look at the ID to make sure its the correct person opening the account. How are these people opening the account and ordering and picking up from thier stores without original identification. I am certain that it's the store employees doing this.

DO NOT TAKE ANY HEALTH POLICY FROM DISCHEM HEALTH
i am still waiting for the query to be sorted out, nothing at all from dischem health. please whatever you do do not take dischem health insurance for anyone you care about, you will regret it, you rather got to public facilities that to think you will be getting value or anything from this health insurance. DO NOT TAKE DISCHEM HEALTH INSURANCE!!!!!!

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICAL INSURANCE. PLEASE GO TO REVIEWS AND READ THE PROBLEMS AND ISSUES WE PREVIOUS MEMBERS HAVE HAD. THIS IS A WASTE OF THIME MEDICAL INSURANCE, THEY PROMISE YOU THE WORLD AND DELIVER ABSOLUTE ****. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.

Poor service delivery
I have responded over 3 times to the email from Dis-chem but yet not a single response. But whwn i was taking the cover, they responded instantly even on weekends. Please advise asap. I have sent the requested documents on the email but no response.

Waste of time, do not ever take dischem health insurance
I took this medical insurance in August and I have been turned down for treatment because this insurance says we went in too late. My mum slipped on the 24th evening and we didnt know what was really happening because my mum wasn't even talking straight. we got a private ambulance to come check her on the 25th they said dehydration. Have her a drip for pain and said she would get better but she didnt, she got worse, we then had to take her to chatsmed Garden Hospital trauma via an ambulance but got turned down by dischem to cover this fall as it was too late to bring her.i had to pay cash as my mum was so bad and unmovable.

useless service and care from a private hospital
still waiting for life healthcare to get back to me on my previous complaint, as usual its a stalling tactic for us to forget, as long as they respond with that useless automated answer they leave it after that, not contacting you to query your concerns or anything, i am waiting 2 months for a response. the hospital hasn't even contacted me to query my issues, just ignoring me, i want my money back from that day, i should have rather went to a public hospital of clinic. what kind of facility is life healthcare running there. i sat 5 hours for nothing and they sent me home with the same pain i came in with.

Pathetic unprofessional
They gave me a paracetamol drip and even though I said its not done anything to assist with the pain, he discharged me battling to walk out the hospital. When I said that I would be emailing a complaint to discovery then he said OK let's do another urine test to rule out everything, I said now what's the use so he wrote on the chart patient refusing to do urine test and the trauma doctor just walked away. All this is a money making scheme as I must now make my own appointment to got see the orthopedic surgeon and pay separately and then do more blood test and xrays. This is the reason I came to the hospital to be sorted out or helped. This is not right. I left the hospital with the same pain I came in with. They did nothing to assist me nor rectify the problem. This was a total waste of time. They kept me for 5 hours for nothing. Thanks
