Big mistake using Dischem Springs Mall for Chronic Medication. Despite handing in the Original Repeat Prescription for our Chronic Medication, when I collected today I did not receive all my medication and none of my wife's. They don't respond to calls and I have previously communicated with them via email with regards to the original Prescription being handed in. My local pharmacy is more convenient but I only used Dischem Springs Mall because Discovery prefers it. Now both my wife need to pay to go see the doctor for new Prescriptions so that we can hand them in at Clicks or somewhere else.

Waiting almost a month for answers to a repair under warranty for my Defy DTL165 Top Loader Washing Machine. Never ending story! They came and looked and only ten days later did they order the parts. When I called on Tuesday I got told the parts arrived and they will schedule an appointment. Today I get told, they are still waiting for parts.

Almost two years later and I have not progressed with my complaint. The law only protects you for three years to take a medical practitioner to court for Negligence or Malpractice. The HPCSA only protects their own members, not the public. What happened to the Hypocratic Oath?
The HPCSA adds no value and only protects its members not the Patients that are harmed. They Delay Appeal Hearings so that you get frustrated and give up. Not me, I will see you and the Electrophysiologist Cardiologist in The High Court!

Have been trying to transfer the contract from my wife's name to the business account. The debit order goes off the business account. This has been for a number of months. The business is registered in my wife's name and she is 100% owner. She has taken in all the relevant documents twice to Telkom at the Springs Mall and emailed them to customer service. What is required? She is trying to get a data SIM and they say FNB won't allow a Debicheck but I don't agree.
