my name is thulani im not happy with the service am getting DSTV, as of now i can not connect to my television because of their poor customer service they are giving to customers, Wednesday I called in and i was promised i was gonna be helped within 24hrs, am doing a followup now i had to wait for 15:49 and the phone just cut off,can i please get help on this, please.
My name is Thulani, I was arrest by a police man by the surname of Mabasa on 08.02.20225, as he arrested me he said it's drink and driving and he asked for my driver's license, firstly he didn't ask me if I was drinking or not he just forced me to the police van at that time I was accompanying my brother I had no beer that belongs to me in the car, he took me to Germiston hospital where I was forced to take a blood test then he took me to Ramokonopi police station where I spent two nights till Monday. I went back to the police station to go look for my license I did not find where I was directed by one of the officers. as of now I can drive my car, and I asked about the where abouts of the customer no one knows at the station. I REALY NEED MY LICENSE. I tried calling the station the phone just ring and no one is attending to it, clearly the SAPS in this country does as they please cause clearly I was ********ly arrested as I was not even read or given my rights by the officer and my license is nowhere to be found.
hi my name is Thulani Hlophe my complain about this company is that on the 18th of December I made an arrangement with an African bank consultant, to my suprise as i got paid this month i saw that african bank has taken the full installment amount instead of the arranged amount of R2950.00, I asked for a refund and the recording of the arrangement i haven't got that as yet and I just did a follow up this morning requesting the same thing. can they please help me on this matter as I cannot do some of the things as they have taken such an amount in my account. regards Thulani
hi my name is Thulani, this morning I called cell c customer to query about my accounts because I have been getting calls from attorney's requesting payment, firstly cell c is issuing many companies my account and am getting calls left and right telling about the money I owe that needs to be paid so as of this morning I called and the lady told me the money which is deducted by the SSDA does reflect on the system but then why am I getting calls from other companies requesting that I my pay my account??? I wanted to know the status of this accounts I have with cell c and the lady told me she cannot access my accounts for some reason that they are now prepaid. And I was told I must go to the nearest cell c store to query all that because she cannot access my account, it sounds so useless and time consuming for customers to call customer care and not get help because I believe customer care is the stop of everything, so don't know how this company operates??? am really no happy with this company it just P....... me off serious. hi, my name is Thulani, I'm really having a problem with this travelling company. I app**** for an accommodation to go somewhere on the 28.06.2024 as a result I found out that I have not enough funds for the booking, I called the center and spoke to Lydia as she told me that I don't have enough funds for my trip, I explained to her that I have never used their facilities and she promised that she will speak to Steve who was helping me with my previous bookings, at which all two were not successful one in Hayze view Mpumalanga and one in Pavilion Durban. Lydia told me that in the system it shows that I went to Hayze view that's why my points are less, and she told me she will speak to Steve about it as of now I haven't heard anything rather than one call I got from Steve saying to me he's still looking into last year files and he will get back to me but dololo he's just quiet you send her WhatsApp SMS's he doesn't respond. this matter has been not resolved in two weeks we are going towards the third one which is the week I have to go with!!! I NEED TO GO ON THE 28TH OF THIS MONTH. This is very disturbing, annoying, irritating that such issue can take as long as it is now with no progress rather than saying to you, we gonna get back to you, MXM
Hi, I'm very disgusted with cell c customer service, it's the second time now I made a payment arrangement but nothing is happening and my bank and cell c are charging me for everytime their system comes to my account and find no money and it will more than six times a month, which last month I lost R1000 and something I called them about this they said they gonna fix it this month it's R3400 and something how do they really expect me to get extra money while am loosing such amounts every month to pay them? Second time within a year this absolutely nonsense as I have with cell c for more than 10 years now. Case no. 3020201717.id 8306245818086 contacts 0845291491 can this be sorted pls. Cause the thing of calling the call center is not working for cause none of them have answers. And superiors of cell c have a nerve to take decisions for customers who pays them without contacting them. Sis this is just pooo!!!

Hi I need help it's about four weeks now without getting hell from cell c, I fully paid my account but cell c is still not clearing my name on the ITC which I don't understand why, can cell c contact me pls, with this very very bad customer service
I need help regarding cellc, who handed over my account but as of now the company hasnt called me, im trying to follow up my self but am not winning, i was given Paul Mashabanes numbers 0872898848 and email [email protected], to find out none of this works which i was given by a cell c consultant, i call in today doing a follow-up on this matter i got another company where they dont have any record of me on their system, SSDA company and contacts i was give are 0860100941 which is not working 0110190000 where the lady told me i dont exist in their system. This a very very bad service from cell c and their partners, hopefully that amount am being told i owe is still stable cause i can not afford to pay more that what cell c has putten me through with their bad service and very harsh decision for a customer whos been with them for such a long time. Can someone who knows what he or she is doing at cell c to get to the bottom of this matter. I need to get the right company and that company must call me to do arrangements.
