Experience has been good, customer service is spectacular, claiming is easy-to-use as you use the application,they also ensure your doing well throughout your accident event.However I have rated 4 stars as some departments take longer to return a call or receive email from them.
Delayed delivery, not much updates or communication, their services is terrible, when you call in they quickly change the status soo you cannot get a refund on you clothing, a day later you receive and in email telling you about the delay.
Pathetic service from the loans and claims department, none of them know what they are doing! I was approved for my policy to cover my loan in 2023, I made extra payments as they policy was only approved in November 2023, FNB than also back paid from September and Oct, which I had already paid, my policy has now been done and i still have credit on my loan, when I call in asking why payment has bot been paid for December from my credit im being told I owe them , when i request for the call made in November to FNB discussing this matter they cut my call, no one calls back, they rather keep transferring me to the next department!!!!
In June 2024 I had visited the Lancet branch at Life Roseacres hospital in Germiston to take my bloods, upon the needle being inserted I felt huge electric pain all the way to my palm of my hand, she immediately took it out and just said she's not sure what had happened, I have layed a complaint as this is the first time I have used their services at Life roseacres, almost a month later my arm is not getting any better rather worse, the pain is constant with swelling and all I get is a sorry for the inconvenience... It is affecting my daily lifestyle. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
Law on call policy: 1. Please do not take out this plan with them they recruit lawyers who are unprofessional and do not know what they doing. 2. The service i have gotten is beyond pathetic . 3. Your case gets over lapsed with no solution. 4. FNB does not want to take liability neither the lawyers. Pathetic bank and lawyers.
Not satisfied with the law on call group,4 months down the line and my case is still not resolved... the lawyers they assigned have no idea what they doing,the staff that calls you only escalates the issue with no clear resolution,they don't care about you but just miss one payment and watch how they call... pathetic . PLEASE DO NOT TAKE OUT THIS POLICY WITH THEM,THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!
Pathetic service from their law on call service, please do not use their policy and rather seek out to other companies, Attorneys they use have no idea what they doing, FNB law staff as well are rude,no urgency to a mistake made to CCMA, they services are ridiculous... PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR POLICY!! They help with nothing.
I was sold a law on call policy, in November 2023 I was unfairly retrenched, they gave me a lawyer which is truly a disappointment, they have no way of speaking to a client, information given to them by me was wrongfully captured, when I send a follow-up email for feedback I get called back shouting from the lawyer truly disrespectful and utterly disgusting service... a date was scheduled with CCMA only to find out that it again was not for my full dispute. CCMA has not heard anything about my dispute. I call FNB to get feedback no one responds back all you get is I will revert back, it's going into 3 months and nothing further has been done, the service is utterly poor, the lawyers they send to you have no idea what they doing, yet you keep paying a monthly fee. Please don't go with them, stick to other policies your able to find.
Pathetic,horrible place, took my car in here just for a service now im stuck with a issue that wasn't there in the first place... they have no idea what they doing,i paid for what? My car doesn't want to start...
Happy with some products, although some products are old looking and damaged packaging, orders take long to arrive that you forget what you had even ordered. Other than that they do have nice products.
