We ordered food from Grubhouse in Parkview shopping centre, Pretoria East through UberEats at 16h00 today. Food arrived 2km away at our house, at 18h30.More than 2 hours late! Needless to say food was stone cold and burgers was soggy and milkshake toppings all melted....Pathetic service from UberEats!!
What a pleasant experience for a change! I ordered Parts for a Qashqai 1.2 T. From the beginning they were very helpful an throughout the deal they alway stick to their promises. Even when stuff was returned they passed credits without any problems, and money was back into my account soone than I thought. I can recomment this company without any doubt and communication was perfect!!
I recently bought an engine for a Nissan Qashqai dci diesel with a 3 month gaurentee. Initially after installation the engine ran well After installation I sent a video of the engine starting and running to validate the guarantee After a month the turbo packed up and Engine for Africa replied that turbos are not covered by gaurentee! Now after 1000 km the oil pump broke. I reported it on the last day of the 3 months. The reply from Engines from Africa was that the oil pump is not part of the engine and that is seen as an attachment! What utter bulls..t!! They will spin anything just not to assist you to fix your problem. Be warned....The 3 months you get is useless!! Stay away from Engines for Africa!!! .
What a pleasant surprise it was dealing with Africa Turbo in Boksburg! Quentin was very helpful and friendly when I phoned him about a turbo problem on 2010 Nissan Qashqai 1.5 Dci. I took the turbo to Boksburg branch, yesterday, and Quentin suggested they put a service kit in for me. Quentin phoned me today and said I can come and fetch the turbo. What I received looked like a brand new turbo! I could not believe it was the same old turbo I gave them yesterday! It was in in a plastic bag and sealed in a turbo box. It even came with a 3 month guarantee. Once again, Thank you Quinton and all the professionals at Africa Turbo Boksburg! Keep up the good work!

I am sitting Woodlands Pretoria Standard Bank branch for an hour now. There is no service here. Typical third world attitude! Slof slof they walk by! No matter of urgency! Consultants look like the are on holiday!!!! This branch manager must be fired or close the branch down...Pathetic!!!!
These guys at Silverton Goldwagen are not interested in bussiness! There is such a could not care attitude and no matter of urgency!!? I will never go there again. That manager should be fired!!!
I asked for a quote on my insurance portifolio two (2) weeks ago. As I currently use Pretorium trust card I thought it will be a good idea to move to Santam Insurance via Pretorium trust. Big mistake, the insurance dept. is pathetic! They should actually get no stars because there is no service. A week after I asked for the quote I phoned them and spoke to Hannelie, and asked; where is my quote. She said she was on study leave and will attend to my quote. Now it is another week later and still no quote. If they dont want my bussiness just say so! Dont just ignore me!!
I believe to give a compliment as much as I believe to complain if Company services are not acceptable. Today I want to compliment Absa Fraud dept. On 26th October I wanted to draw money from ATM. ATM kept canceling my transaction. I said to the guy behind me to give the ATM n try I was going to try somewhere else to draw money. He the started on ATM and I went to my car. I was just about to drive of, the man that was behind me at ATM came running with notes in his hand an told me that the ATM was working now as he could draw money. I got out the car and walked with him to the ATM. He was standing next to me...I put my card in and put my pin in and waited.Then ATM asked me for a long number. This did not seem right so I cancelled the transaction immediatly. As I was still waiting for my card to come out of ATM, transactions started to come through on my phone..My credit card paid .R19,980 towards Vodacom in Tembisa. Then immediately after R49,850 paid to Auto Glass place in Daveyton. I got such a big fright I immediatly stopped my card via Absa Bank App. and phoned Absa Fraud Dept. I explained what happened and that I am still waiting for my card to come out of ATM. The Fraud guy said..No sir the guy that helped you got your card and pin number and put those transactions through!! Fraud dept cancelled my card and after I gave them the Police case number and the affidavid of what happened the investigation began. Long story short...Today Absa refunded me the nearly R70000. Very good news for a pensioner like me. Thank you ABSA!!!
Excellent and helpfull service from Aubrey and Poppie....Tried their best to match shock absorbers for my 1970 Fiat 850 Coupe!!!
