Good morning I had a very bad experience on my first time ordering from Bathu Sneakers, this pass weekend. i have ordered online the combo promotion R500 for two that was advertised on FB and i made mistake. just after i finish ordering i have realized my mistake it was too late to cancel and contacted their company via email as i was failing to get hold of them over the call. They said they can't help me nor refund me even if i tell my story THAT i reacted as quick, as soon as i realized i have made an error they are telling me about policies now.
Worse experience ever with Pinestreet shop Gand shoes they don't value their customers, i bought a shoe which was for relieving me from the heels after funeral, guess what few hours later the pams were torn, hell no......not the expensive ones like that. I took it back and explained to them and I was willing to take anything of that amount because real fixing them is not a guarantee that I will not experience same fault next time I wear them. till this day my issue is not resolved I have been looking for regional manager without success I keep on leaving my number they not call me back even though they know my problem I am told she still to investigate. I was willing to take the product that is equivalent to the price I used since they said they dnt do exchange sales product. now I am no longer patient amd will to hear any of their products I need my money. this is July case amd we in semptember now and I do not know what is going on .what anoid me most Iphysicaly went they 5times already trying to resolve the issue but without success. What I need is my money back I am no longer interested on their terms and conditions.
Hi, it was an easy process during online selection of the car and everything , but problem happened when I decided to extend days when I was by the Springfield office from 30June to 02 July. I firstly was assisted by a lady whom I explained everything and why I need to extend days we agreed it a better option. while I was enquiring outside checking cars. When i come back I had to be assisted by another person assuming she explained what I explained to her we proceeded with signing documents was given keys and left. Car was returned on time but had little incident I wrote a incidebt report cool. few days later damages quote was sent to me with email, I enquired how many quote did they do since I also wanted to use my insurance one because I find theirs too expensive, but no one responded.I received another bill of KM exceeded surprisingly cause I discussed it with a lady but not with a guy assuming she told him everything......it fine my fault also not double check with the guys but he also had to double check with me if it what I needed dsince he took over from the lady.it was way too much because of the selection of free KM only that gave low rate online....! I was very shocked and surprised cause that what I explain to the lady and I realised that I was ended up help by the guy not by a lady. Now am seating with two bills, damages and KM exceeded! I kept sending emails to enquire about given quote a lady called Nomatbemba responded saying someone will contact me within24 hours but it never happened after that 24hours. I wakeup on 9th July my credit card debited damages amount!!!!! remember I had deposit still with them because of the process of damages I believe and KM bills. But ain't they suppose to comeback to me with my enquiries? Also the refund should be back as the exceeded KM was not the whole amount of the deposit paid and they promised to pay it back in 3days before the damage amount taken ? damage money was debited straight from my credit card before the refund nor any consultant calling me in regards. Can someone help I have refund due to me.
I am not Santam client I will never be one, not even in my dream. I was involved in an accident with their client he did admit he was at fault he has done everything he needed to do in order for me to claim as third party from his insurance Santam.but Santam making my life so difficult till this day I am have been back and forth with the claim that was logged on 1September 2022....no action taken till this date other than them thinking of cost saving when it come to quotations submitted by removing what they believe it unnecessary for the process of repairing mycar. I am a women if panel beaters quoted and they say it not needed I do not know who will be liable for the cost if this process is indeed needed. Or legal action should be taken for their client ? Please help I am left confused what to do or I will be paying cost that insurance is removing from the quotations from my pocket??
