I had the most warm and lovely experience at Bathu Braamfontein today. Thanks to Thando and Bongani. They gave me 10/10 best service. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. They made me feel so welcome and valued.

Extremely poor service in handling my refund . They collected my returned parcel almost two months ago and been sending follow up emails with the same lame response of escalating and getting back to me

I placed an order on the 7nth of December 2025..didn't received my order on time so I had to cancel and requested a refund till today I haven't received my money back, I've been sending emails after emails, being promised my refund but I haven't received it today is 11/02/2026... I will never buy anything from Bathu again, there service stinks...

I placed an order with Bathu last year, but they failed to deliver on time. I cancelled and up to now I still haven’t received my refund. They even **** saying it was refunded via Payflex, but nothing reflected. Very disappointing service.

I had a bad experience with Bathu,I've ordered my sneakers since 8 December 2025 but till today they haven't delivered my order, I've been sending emails telling me them to refund me but till today nothing I'm so disappointed at their service.

On the 07th of December 2025 ordered sneakers online from bathu order no BT1199908 but they kept on delaying the delivery, which resulted on the 17th December I cancelled the order. Now Bathu is taking forever to refund me numerous emails have been send to their customer service and numerous called have also been made and they don’t have a timeframe to resolve my issues.
