Bought an Arabic Language course. Received the code. It worked perfectly. Check the original price of the course and I can verify that Hyperli got me a great discount.
After an initial email to Afrihost, the Vuma technician was dispensed. The issue of the accidentally cut fibre cable inside the house was solved within 12 hrs of the complaint being logged. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and skillful. Even the email correspondence between the company and I was professional. Well done Vumatel.
Sent time sensitive documents from Saudi Arabia to Arrorneys in Cape Town. After a week and a half, the documents are still in transit in Johannesburg. I have now lost over R50 000 because of this as I had to travel to South Africa myself to sign the same documents. I will now have to lay a claim against Aramex for damages.
Incompetent to say the least. I took out an iCover funerwl policy on 12 September 2014 to cover my mother and family, especially for the fact that I am a migrant worker and am away from home most of the time. Unfortunately, my mom passed on of cancer last week, Wenesday, 6 January 2020. The beneficiary I nominated, placed a claim at the Adderley street branch, Cape Town, on Monday, 11 January 2020. She had all the correct documents. The promise of Sanlam processing claims within 4 hours, is a complete lie. Today is 14 January 2020. No funeral benefits have been processed or paid into the beneficiary account. In the meantime, we already completed the funeral, with the minimum amount of our own savings. I am going to demand all my premiums back of the other persons on my policy over the 6 years that this policy is in effect to avoid another embarrassing moment at a time when we as a family are at our most vulnerable. I will not accept Covid-19 as an excuse for this delay of payment. People, be warned. I am moving to another insurer.
In a time when everyone is in need of cashing in their investments, I found that my investment in this coin is becoming a headache as the coins are not yet tradeable. The promises of bring able to profit from this venture is fading quickly. I suspect that the trading is being manipulated. It also seems the replies are generic. When I complained the last time, my coins suddenly started to sell. Now that I need to trade, the coins are sitting for months on the exchange with activity all around my coins but mine is not being bought. Something is fishy.
I tried to do the police clearance on my own for a Saudi work visa and would have waited 3 months if it wasn't for the expert help and advise I received from Abdulkarim and Nadia. I had to travel to Saudi Arabia on short notice. Within a week they had the police clearance and attestation done. They assisted with lodging the application to VFS Tasheel. I received my Saudi work visa within 3 days from Pretoria. They were in contact with me via WhatsApp, email and mobile phone all the way throughout the whole process without fail. Above all, the visa was personally delivered to my house by the driver of One Visa World after it was accidentally sent to their offices and not to my house. All this at a very reasonable service rate - money that I could in any case claim back from my employer in Saudi. My employer and her agent has also highly recommended the services of One Visa World and we will certainly make use of their services again in the future for other staff and travellers to Saudi Arabia.
I just received an email notification of a FOREX OPERATIONS GENERAL - TELLER TRANSFER DEBIT from my ABSA savings account. How is this possible whilst I'm not even inside the country? I am done with ABSA if this is one of their employees. I cannot even concentrate and is in much distress as an amount of R8,704.02 is now missing from my account which was there to cover for family related expenses and further debit orders. I am going to avoid using this account until this matter is resolved and will be taking legal action against ABSA should I discover that they allowed someone access to my account as I am a very secure person when it comes to banking.
