I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have received from your company. Unfortunately, my experience with Fly Cool has been extremely frustrating. The level of service and communication has been poor, and I feel that my concerns have not been handled with the professionalism and urgency they deserve. As a customer, I expected reliable service, prompt assistance, and clear communication. Instead, I have experienced unnecessary delays and a lack of support, which has caused significant inconvenience. I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that a satisfactory resolution be provided as soon as possible. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve your customer service. They don’t know what they are doing . I went to go get a new battery today and Netstar didn’t even notify me that the battery has been taken out anyway after that was done hours later I tested and pressed the panic button to test if it working . I got an and to say press 1 or 2 I think 10 mins later I then received a call . I was actually surprised that they didn’t notify me that my battery been removed but the package I’m on says that what they do . My mom took her car in a s they changed her battery. tracker called immediately and my mom. Notified them she was at the dealer getting a new battery Netstar you need to do better
MTN is a **** They charging me R700 for cancellation. My contract was ending on the 11 of feb and was set to be Vance in the 11th Feb Which it was done but why am I being chargered R700 cancellation fee I hate mtn and I really wish I never have to deal with them ever again

I'm writing to express my frustration with a recent issue. Despite having a zero balance, I've been charged R34. I've contacted customer care, but they were unable to assist and seemed unknowledgeable. My concern: - How was I charged R34 when my balance was zero? - Why can't customer service resolve this? The call centre is so useless everytime I can to find out out a cash send that was supposedly refunded they put me on hold and the can cuts . Nobody bothers to call back But it fine keep the money 😏 😏
