Absolutely hate them. I am livid. Vodacom is an atrocious horrible company. You people have made our lives a living nightmare after we did EVERYTHING THAT WE WERE TOLD TO DO. I gave notice at the end of may and they said it was cancelled on the end of April. Now they said it's only end of June which is bull ****. Now they don't want to release the line to mweb. This is incompetence and uselessness at the highest level. I hope you go out of business because you are horrible at after sales service. Abhorrent useless company.
Wow. I paid upfront to fast track fibre with mweb and nothing. It's been over a week. Their call centre keeps saying I am 1st in line then 8 then 7 then 4th. These people have ai bots on their supposed live chat that I have waited for days for and then they keep resetting the chat. Never in my life have I experienced such incompetence. I am infuriated and angry. We have spent so much money phoning them and buying data while waiting for them. I want a refund. Useless incompetence.
Pretty much a dump. We were there for over 3 years. Equipment managers rotate like equipment. I inquired multiple times about when certain tbings are going to be replaced and all I got was "yah I ordered they are coming". Years later nothing has been replaced. It's over crowded and no place to gym. The music is so bad it feels like you're in a shebeen all the time. Really unprofessional and no communication. When I gave notice over 2 months ago they kept tsking money from us and all of a sudden have no record of me giving notice. Now I have to pay money when I haven't been there in 3 months. Just go to another gym.
4 times I asked them to keep my debitndate on the 1st and they then put it on the 25th then 26th then did nothing and now the 28th. These people are *********** and useless. Why do you employ people who don't focus when they speak to clients. Fire your personal loans department and get people who can actually do the job right.
I am absolutely horrified by their *********** and blatant disregard for customers. They have increased our 2 cars premium's heavily over the last few months and I am ****ed off. They don't read emails when my husband request's a different debit date. I am canceling my vehicle insurance. I want nothing to do with king price. They are ******* and useless. The most abysmal service I have come across.
I have been waiting 3 weeks for a refund. No response or communication.
I app**** for a life policy and Discovery sent a nurse that came out and did my blood work and a questionnaire. Thereafter I received nothing they just ghosted me and did not even get back to me. Upon querying this issue after a few month Peggy who helped me said Discovery sent me a mail but I never received it. She continues to tell me discovery rejected me because the nurse told them I said I tried to commit suicide twice. She didn't convey that correct at all which means she ****. I specifically said I struggled with depression and tried to commit suicide multiple times in HIGHSCHOOL, when I was A TEENAGER. THIS was before 17 years of age. I am now 28. I don't understand how your ethics or business works but it is appalling that you can just reject a person from what a nurse half and half listened to.
Received wrong package. No one is getting back to me and none of their systems work to contact them. I believe this is a ****.
Trying to close my Business account please. Fee's are up to date and they tell me I have to pay in to close the account and if I don't pay in they can't close it. What the actual hell. No one can even explain what the outstanding amount is no one has been able to help or explain all they tell me is "let us know when the payment has been made then we can close it" how ***** is that *******. I paid all fees and now they refuse to close it. I will not pay it. ***** *******s.
The consultant was amazing in giving clarity to me and very lovely and understanding, truly top notch! The other consultants were very vague regarding the policies when I had questions.
