I am posting this as a final update to my experience. After waiting 7 months without receiving any UIF maternity payment, I eventually went to the Department of Labour myself. In one day, I was able to identify and correct the errors on my claim and have it approved immediately — issues that had remained unresolved despite months of follow-ups and assistance from Labour Dynamix. This was particularly disappointing as I had paid Labour Dynamix to manage this process on my behalf, specifically to avoid exactly this kind of stress during maternity leave. I trusted that the claim would be handled professionally and efficiently, but instead I was left without payment for months and ultimately had to resolve the matter on my own. As a new mom under significant financial pressure, this experience was extremely difficult. I’m relieved that my claim is finally approved, but I wish the level of support I eventually received in one day had been provided from the start. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for others who rely on professional assistance during such a vulnerable time.
It has honestly been such a disappointing and unprofessional experience dealing with Babenique My order for one custom item was confirmed on 11 March 2025 and to date I have not received the product, an alternative or even a refund. I have been reaching out and following up constantly even confirming that I would be open to taking a different colour in the product however still nothing.... My messages are now being ignored As an expecting mom I am now tired of having to constantly follow up on an order that was approved a month ago....

I have to say I am actually quite disappointing with the service most recently received with Vodacom. After being signed up with them for almost 10 years and never having any issues up until now where I have to wait more than a week to confirm a new order. On 23 March I actually phoned in to get some information regarding a new laptop that I was interested in getting and the lady who assisted me with the info was kind enough to help me over the phone applying for the new line and getting it approved. I distinctively remember her telling me to rather do it over the phone as confirmation can sometimes take longer when processing the deal online..... Needless to say, it has now been more than a week, I have spoken to 5 different people, all telling me the same thing, that I would be called that same day to confirm the order. 3 Emails have been sent escalating the matter and still no feedback. Apparently managers do not have direct lines to be transferred to to speak to I have been promised another call today.... Guess we will see what happens.... First time in nearly 10 years that I am disappointed by their service..

One of the ladies assisting with status of deliveries named Bernice is so rude over the phone and uses fowl language with customers when they phone to find out status on deliveries.
Trinity Properties and Client Feedback just do not fit together in the same sentence.... We have been trying to get hold of Brenda who just ignores our emails. We have had to travel to family members in Germiston just to have a hot bath as our geyser is not heating up!
Absolutely atrocious service, probably phoned 15 times and was left on hold for 15 minutes each time, for something simple as confirming price and availability on an item will not be making use of your business again
I have always dealt with Uniclox and never have I had bad service like this. left multiple messages to be phoned back just for a quote and no one gets back to you
