I am writing regarding a Nissan Magnite that I purchased in 2023 from your dealership. Recently, I was advised by a tyre specialist that all four tyres needed to be replaced due to excessive wear. This is highly concerning, especially given that the vehicle has only done 17,000 km. Tyres are generally expected to last several years and significantly more mileage under normal driving conditions. For a relatively new vehicle with such low mileage, this level of wear raises serious concerns about possible alignment, suspension, or overall vehicle quality issues. I would also like to highlight that from the time of purchase, the vehicle had a persistent squeaking noise. I reported this issue to your workshop on multiple occasions and was repeatedly informed that it was “normal.” However, after replacing the two front tyres, the noise has stopped, which strongly suggests that the issue was not normal and may have been related to the tyres or wheel alignment from the outset. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and concerned about the quality of the vehicle and the after-sales support I received. Unfortunately, due to these issues, I have lost confidence in your dealership and would not consider purchasing another vehicle from you in the future. I am raising this matter formally for your awareness.

Good day, Although this review is slightly delayed, I feel it must be shared. I took my car to Automagic Menlyn in August 2023 and only received it back a month later due to a lack of parts, which was understandable. However, when I got my car back, I noticed that the job was not done properly—there was overspray and other issues. I returned the car to have this corrected, but despite that, a recent evaluation revealed that the poor paint job and remaining overspray have negatively affected the car’s value. I’m disappointed in the quality of workmanship. While I may not be an expert on cars, it is your responsibility as a service provider to ensure that the job is done correctly. Thanks.
Good day, I am writing regarding claim number C1928023. Unfortunately, I was not verbally informed of the claim outcome, and the representative did not follow up with me. While I understand that she might have tried to call me when I was unavailable, I believe the appropriate course of action would have been to email me or arrange a convenient time to discuss the matter, rather than leaving it for me to follow up. This experience has left me disappointed, as it does not align with the standard of service I am accustomed to.
I’m very disappointed with MTN. I took a contract out with them, they haven’t ported my number and now they’ve disconnected the number that I’ve had for years. This has been going on for two weeks. Surely, this should not be the case. Can this be sorted out asap? The onus is not on me to ensure that your consultants are upskilled and knowledgable about sim services and it is unfair on me to be following up on this every second day.
Hi there. I’ve been trying for two months to top up the student loan that I’ve taken, till date, no one has gotten back to me regarding this and everytime I call, I get transferred between person to person. This customer service is beyond terrible.
I am still waiting for a call back regarding a student loan. It’s been over a week and still no call. I’ve also tried calling FNB and I just get transferred to a new department with no assistance at all. Could someone kindly help?
Ordered a burger yesterday (takeaway) from Parktown Mike's Kitchen. Told the waiter, the patty should be well done. However, the burger was not appetizing at all (to say the least), the patty was rare and not well done. I only had half of the burger and felt really sick afterwards.
One star_ only because I can't give "negative stars". I bought a KIC fridge from Game beginning of 2017. It stopped working, got a technician to come check it out and was told someone already worked on the fridge. Sure, I bought it on sale but you should let your customer's know that these are refurbished goods so that they can make a well informed choice. It is difficult to trust a shop like yours where a fridge cannot even work for 5 years properly!
