Good day, I would like to commend two individuals who work at your branch named Mariska Velleman and Hano Erasmus for their excellent and outstanding service. You guys rock! :) Both these individuals where professional and dedicated in how they handled my situation.. I was clueless when it came to how a car service plan works or how a warranty works as this was not explained to me at the car dealership where the car was initially purchased from. Hano took time to explain to me how this works... So THANK YOU to both of you for being so patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend your company to my friends and family:) Keep up the good work guys. You are greatly appreciated. Thank you Nissan for employing such knowledgeable staff at this branch.

Service delivery and overall buying experience was horrible, would not recommend to anyone. Constantly had to follow-up, almost as if they weren't really trying to sell a vehicle. Wrong paperwork was send over, and eventually vehicle was delivered without insurance being in place or paperwork on their side! Also no internal communication between advisors and sales personnel.

I am writing regarding a Nissan Magnite that I purchased in 2023 from your dealership. Recently, I was advised by a tyre specialist that all four tyres needed to be replaced due to excessive wear. This is highly concerning, especially given that the vehicle has only done 17,000 km. Tyres are generally expected to last several years and significantly more mileage under normal driving conditions. For a relatively new vehicle with such low mileage, this level of wear raises serious concerns about possible alignment, suspension, or overall vehicle quality issues. I would also like to highlight that from the time of purchase, the vehicle had a persistent squeaking noise. I reported this issue to your workshop on multiple occasions and was repeatedly informed that it was “normal.” However, after replacing the two front tyres, the noise has stopped, which strongly suggests that the issue was not normal and may have been related to the tyres or wheel alignment from the outset. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and concerned about the quality of the vehicle and the after-sales support I received. Unfortunately, due to these issues, I have lost confidence in your dealership and would not consider purchasing another vehicle from you in the future. I am raising this matter formally for your awareness.

They sell cut and join and previously damaged cars, and upon you finding out they will tell you that they did their assessment and there's nothing of such. The salesman only care about their commission nothing. Don't go here.

I contacted Hatfield Nissan to enquire about a Mercedes Benz which they advertised on Facebook. I wanted to know what the cash price is. The Salesman ( Mr Dawid van der Merwe) immediately offered to bring the vehicle to my house to view. I asked him not to do so before we agreed on the cash price. He insisted to bring the vehicle to my house and once I viewed it then the cash price could be negotiated. The vehicle was in a good condition but priced much higher than similar models advertised on the internet. When it reached the point to discuss the discount the Saleman insisted that I must decide quickly and was addament that no discount would be given as there was another cash buyer standing ready at the branch to buy the vehicle if I decided not to do so. I had to make a quick decision and said I will take the vehicle. After the Salesman left I thought about what happened, phoned and informed him that I decided not to purchase the vehicle. He said that I cannot cancel because his Manager would be furious. After the conversation I transferred the money but, decided a few hours later that the vehichle is overpriced and the Salesman did not keep his promise to negotiate a lower price for paying cash. At 5pm he sent me pictures of the vehicle where he parked it in the showroom after he returned from my house . At that point no action to proceed with the purchase was taken by the Saleman yet or, any documentation completed or signed. I then finally decided and informed him not to proceed with the purchase. He was addament that he will not cancel the deal and tried to force me to proceed. After a few communications he sent me the contact details of his Manager. I then phoned the Manager and informed him about my decision not to proceed with the purchase. He was friendly and said it is 100% fine with him. I was surprised to see that they transferred a R1000 less into my bank account. Not only did they had no reason to charge me a R1000 but, they did not even had the odasity to inform me what the reason was for keeping a R1000. The vehicle is still not sold so I cannot help to wonder what happened to the other so called cash buyer who was used to force me to make a quick decision to purchase the vehicle. I will think twice before doing any business with Hatfield Nissan in future.

I would like to acknowledge and single out Stefan van Rensburg at the BB Nissan Hatfield branch who assisted me with a vehicle from their used vehicles. Stefan went out of his way to assist and help with any and all paperwork, subsequent queries etc. A truly great sales representative that shows a genuine passion for his work.

I purchased a nissan Qashqai from bb nissan hatfield. I dropped my car off to get leather seats fitted as it was part of the deal. When I got my car back it was damaged and seats where loose. After weeks of back and forth, my car is still damaged and nothing was done to correct the damage done to my car. I suggest not using bb nissan my expererience was extremely dissappointing. I regret buying a vehicle from them.
