I recently purchased a vehicle from Hyundai Bellville, and overall I had a positive experience. On the day of collection, I noticed some bubbles under the paint on the left-hand side rear passenger door. I brought this to their attention and arranged to have the vehicle booked in to address the issue. While there was a delay initially and the work was not completed as expected, the situation was handled very well thereafter from Luqmaan. With that being said I would especially like to thank Luqmaan Lucas for his exceptional service and dedication. He took personal responsibility for resolving the matter, arranged for the vehicle to be collected from me, and ensured I was not left without transport. Throughout the process, he kept me informed with regular updates, which I really appreciated. When the car was returned, everything had been sorted out, and Luqmaan even followed up the next day to make sure I was happy with the outcome. His professionalism, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. Thank you to Luqmaan for turning the experience into a positive one.
Good day, Please tell me what is the purpose of having to chat to online bankers when they can't assist you. I tried closing an account with Peggy and she did not close my account. I then went to FNB Century City and I was advised that I would be reimbursed the R69. The account has been closed and I have not been reimbursed. Went via the chat option again today and this Dorah person got disconnected now I have to wait for Yibanathi to get up to speed with my chat history.

I placed an order on Ubereats, the driver sent me a message saying he was at my location, when i got outside about one minute later he was nowhere to be found. When I checked the app I could not locate him as there was no map. I sent him numerous messages and his response was I am here. Then about 20 minutes later while I was still waiting for him to tell me where he is, my food showed delivered. I've reached out to Ubereats and they refusing to refund me because according to them the delivery guy tried to reach out to me twice. If he reached out to me why did he not respond to my messages? I have advised them that I can request footage from the security to show that he never arrived. Ubereats is not interested to see if their delivery guy is being honest. I also phoned the KFC where my order was placed and they told me that they have dealt with numerous complaints from customers using Ubereats whereby the delivery guys not delivering the food.
You guys are continuing to debit my account even after numerous calls to have it canceled. The agent always promises a cancelation letter but I never receive it. And then they supposedly investigate. Please stop debit my account!!!!!

I wanted to purchase an item online (kids boots) for R60 and even though it showed that there was stock online. I visited their Promenade branch and the staff checked the system to see which stores have the size I was looking for. Went to Canal walk and the item scanned R180. To date no-one has bothered to follow up again, even after numerous emails and speaking to the store who admitted that the error on their website was their fault. Never showing from them again.
I have been struggling to get assistance from the agents on their messenger app on Facebook. There was a mess up with my account, reversals being done by their accounts department. I logged a complaint and no-one came back to me. The call centre agent promised me that I won't be disconnected as it was getting closer to the due date of my account. They still unable to tell me why there were reversals and a R85 that is due for payment by (this is a mystery) to them. The call centre agent Luthando promised me on the 27th that I won't be disconnected. Guess what , they did and not they want me to pay the R50 to have my service reconnected as well and pay the R85 that they still don't know how they messed that up. And to top it off I am unable to watch TV.
