I have a discovery life insurance. I wanted to join vitality as it says on their own website and app that you must have a life policy or medical aid to get the 3 months free. Mine was not activated and i asked them why they say no its only for medical aid. But their own advert says otherwize. Dont let these fools bluff you to open policys or stuff with them they lie to youbto get you to join. I even have a screen shot of the advert.
I bought a pair of Nike superfly club 10 Toks from total sports in Bloemfontein in March 2025. it's been a year now that i have them and they already torn. they cannot refund me as their policy is only 6 months, and Nike cannot assist me as they only work with Nike online purchases. So, what is the use of buying a quality brand shoe paying a lot for it and it only last for 1 year.
I bought a school bag for my son at game bloemfontein on 1 december 2024. The bag totaly torn at the bag because of the school books. Its now 8 march 2025. I brought it back to replace it as its stil under warranty. Now they tell my they dont cover warranty if the bag tores. They only cover the zip. And they tell me that i was supose to ask before i bought the bag what kilogramms and how many books we can put in the bag. Its a school bag why must i as the customer ask how many books and and kilograms it takes. Its a bronx schools bag that costed me R1000 rand. I ask them were it states that it dos not cover the tore. They tell me now where. The person even tells me that he knows my son did not put school books in the bag thats why it tore. They refuse to assist me. Never ever will i buy from game again. I will comunicate with bronx self about this also.
I have order 2 items online from mr price and mr price sport on 21 september 2024 on 22 september one otem showd shipped onther one showd ready to ship stil until today nothing is hapening with my orders. You cannot track your orders because their system is aparently ofline for ever customer care cannot track your order and cannot gibe you an uodate to were your order is or when it will arrive. No use in contacting cuatomer care their useless. Dont ever order anything online rather go to some other shop to get what you want. How can your sytem be ofline for almost 3 weeks. And you cannot track your own products you are selling to customers. Worst experience buying online i have ever got. I wonder if i will receive my orders anytime soon as it cannot be tracked
I went for an mri scan in january and now i have to go for an emergency back operation but need to do another mri scan and polmed does not want to help me they just say no you must pay for it yourself we dont care. I dont have R11000 to pay for an mri scan and my medical aid just dont care. So when you have an emergency they just dont care but you must pay them every month.
My wifi has been down for more than 2 hours i attemoted several times to contact home connect but their phones is not working pathetic customer service from them there is no such thing. So how do you then repirt a problem.
I have purchased rugby/soccer boots from mr price sport 3 times and every time i had to return it because it tore at the side of the shoe within 1 month of purchase. It is the worst quality of rugby/soccer boots i have ever bought.
Dont take out any fibre line with home connect. I am now not even 1 year client with home connect and in january they rised the monthly fee with R100 and now again its going up with another R100 in march and they say its because of frogfoot thats then R200 in 2 months and my contract is not even 1 year old. Find someone else that will not try to rob you and you dont even have a choice they just adjust it wheather you like it or not.
Since i started my service with home connect i paid for half a month at the beginning whereby i did not have wifi but i had to pay. I requested a refund and all i was told is they are busy investigating its been 3 minths now investigating still no feedback. When youbsent emails they dont answer you back. The whatsap number never works dont know why they have a whatasapp service if it does not work. They never call back i you request a call back. But please you have to pay other wise they suspent your service but you have to wait months for any feedback. Still pathetic customer service it just does not exist.
This is my second post for home connect. Since i joined them on 18 june and with alot of emails and complaints and who knows what i still have the sam problem they just dont care about anything. Keeps saying a agent will call you but the agent does not even solve your problem its just to say that they attended to you. I stil have speed issues wereby i am supposed to have a 30/3 lune and i only have a 2/2 line and they want me to pay for the 30/3 line. Since day 1 i have been having this problem and no one from home connect seems to care or want to solve my problem. I want to speak to a person that i higher up and that can assist me.
