I bought groceries online with PnP online scooter I. Jabulani and as before they delivered rotten tomatoes. I do not need to tell you how much costly tomatoes are! The last time I bought bread and the was a rat bite. This diabolical nonsense that we will deal with such at the township must come to and your end 😡😡😡😡 You think I have time out of my busy schedule as a Mom to take back those rotten tomatoes????? Why the f will I buy online then use my petrol and data to tell you something that you should check for before sending it to your client. 2 fix your app time communication extract. Your app say it will be delivered at 09:35 by 09/14 I get a call from a driver irritated because their getting lost, whose problem is that? 3. They leave the groceries at the gate not the door. If you sick like me you will have to carry it for an hour to reach your house. 4 Going to the store is another pain as the queues are sooo long 5 Jabulani Mall is in Soweto where most population is poor! Why the heck are their veggies and fruits expensive that the PNP close to Mall of Africa where my house is?????? I'll tell you why RASICM GET THE ****EN RATS OUT THE STORE AND BRING MY TOMATOES AND WHITE BREAD I bought last month. Y'all are pathetic 🚮🚮🚮. Check my profile!!!! So yesterday I was assisted by a very friendly lady at the Kiosk NetCafe Milpark Hospital, I then wanted to leave her a tip or buy her cold drink as a thank you. She told me she's not allowed to take it, then I thought no let me then tell her manager to facilitate this. To my surprise when approached the manager she gave me such dismissive attitude as I'm bothering her with this. I asked why are they not allowed to take tips? She said I don't know it's company policy not even showing any concern at all then she just pointed me to a tin box to leave it there, then I said but no it's for her not the company or everyone there. She's like mam I don't know and dismissed me. Her attitude is shocking to even think that you put people like that to manage a team is shocking to me, if she treated me like that a stranger how worse does she treat the team. Also what kind of oppression is that we cannot give our own money to say thank you for the service? It is is our money and giving it willingly? Those people work hard the whole day for their families and we all know that they get minimum wages and then what do you guys do again; cut off tips?????? What??? Are you guys serious? I'm totally disgusted to say the least. Do better as a company and hire managers who are skilled to treat human beings with respec
I bought Pizza at 6:30 now it's 9pm. No communication whatsoever as to where is my order. I made numerous calls to follow up none where returned. Mind you I bought awesome foursome for the whole family which was supposed to be dinner. With no communication even at 8:30pm had to order from other outlets Nandos who delivered within 30minutes. To my surprise the driver from Debonairs calls at 9pm after spending R500 for both takeaways. Honestly can't explain how angry I am, why take orders that you can't deliver? I mean a 6:30 order to be delivered after 3hrs. That is just nonsense, totally ridiculous Oakdene Debonairs must just leave if they not in business to deliver service to clients. Oh the worse pasty when PIZZA was delivered it's in pieces, dry and no stick on it. Do me a favour and found out who is at fault, I want my money come take your Pizza this is nonsense
So today I had such a wonderful day after when I bought my first Fabiana jacket at The Glen Mall . I would like to give a huge thank you to the two people working at the store. The lady and the Gentleman their are the best in customer service I actually felt rich. Their so attentive, helpful and love their job which is exceptional. I swear to you it's like they are the owners of the store. You guys are great thank you so much
Guys I am one of your fans of your clothing very up to standard however I am horrified of the material that you use on your clothing as it doesn't last and wear off quickly. Worse part that hurts me the most is I bought a boots for R600 is teared in half and it's been a couple of months having it. Seriously my heart is broken, I am not happy with the product that are spent so much money for it to last me. For your prize tags this is just beyond upsetting because we pay a lot for our shoes which we are happy to but what is not acceptable is for shoe to be ruined like that as if it's been worn for years in a space of 6 months, it's ridiculous and you guys need to step up your game. Your prize must match your quality, I want my shoe to be change no exceptions please Worse part there is no complaints email in South Africa
Just spoke to Smangaliso Nkosi 23:59 at the call Centre number trying to report a friend that is held hostage against her will. This guy does not even know how to locate Dobsinville Police Station and not understanding the sensitivity of the matter. He could not even say how long the police will be dispatched to go take out my friend with given added. Must a person die for the police to act or just do simple reporting and dispatch police????? Guess it’s just easy to release press release after a woman is ****ed every hour !!!!!why do you have people incompetent of doing their jobs? It’s been more than 1:30min now why bother with SAPS cause they help with absolute nothing
So i went to iStore Cresta Mall to fix my phone last week Thursday on the 20th of June, i had fogort my passcode and my iPhone needed to be wiped and restarted again. I got there 11:25 to rush to work after at 1:30. I left the store at 3:40 after they failed to just wipe my phone, i had to leave the phone there as i was late now for work. The excuse was "oh there is a problem with network and plus there is a problem with iPhone 7 plus phones". The following day my phone was still not fixed and was told it had to be booked in and they will charge me R600.00 which so pathetic because my phone is only 3 weeks old. I then asked myself why pay for so much money for iPhone but still have no joy in using it. I then tool my phone today at iStore Eastgate and guess what? They fixed my phone within 10minutes what Cresta iStore failed to for two days. Guys stop waisting our time we spend so much money to buy these phones to get a pathetic service and on top of that be looted by such respected brand. Do not hire people who do not know what their doing because this is totally unacceptable. These guys i got do not know what their doing, not to mention waiting as if we at the clinic is nonsense. I ask myself if that is how the store makes their sales by *****ing clients oved. Please do me a favour and look into it. I lost hours of work and going up and down for nothing. Take those guys who are at the service centre back to training ot better yet take them to iStore Eastgate and let them show them how it is done, i think the manager also can do a better job in managing the stuff and the store Some of us are new to iPhone so do not ruin our vibe please. We do not have time for nonsense

What a fantastic service; he actually restored my faith in using an iPhone after Cresta iStore failed to reset my phone for two as i have fogorten my passcode. Neo and the sgore as whole understand and know their job and what he goes to work for. Welldone Neo, you the best
Good day I have to express my unahappiness with you guys. I am new meber of the schme and i have joined bankmed in March. When i made my application it was rejected but i ahve been debited fir two months, see the attached document. I then applied again and changed the package i chose the first time which was basic to tradition , i was sent an offer letter to sign for the traditioanal package and i signed and sent it last week Tuesday. To my surprise yersesteday when i call the call center i was informed that my membership was activated and my medical aid is active. I did not use my medical aid for two months thinking that it is not active and now they say the second package that i was given an offer letter for is not active. Guys seriously what you doing there because clearly you not doing your job well. Right now i am sick and need to use my medical aid which has been debited for two months, i am not even sure it was work because when i log on to the app no funds or cards are linked it is just blank. Worse part of all not even anyone even calls me for update i had to call in. If this is the way bankmed works it will be a disater then to deal with you guys. You are very unprofessional, inconsiderate and lack customer service toi just have a courtesy to follow up or check with the client after an application. The only call i got was from the gentlmen who promised to call me back but never did. Like seriously ?. I also do not understand why am i suppose to back pay payments for the traditional package if it is your faukt to begin with to give me wrong information............................ I am very unhappy
Good day I just called you guys right since I got a text massasage that you will be changing my debit order to the 25th, I wanted to know what it was changed and the lady who picked up the phone call Lindiwe N4 was very rude. I would like you to go the records and check her surname for as I want to lay a formal complaint about her. I called at 12:03 to the number ********** She first told me that she was not the one who changes the debit order which was sarcastic because it's a call center you don't have a designated person speaking to you. She went on talking over me saying I'm picking a fight with her, why on earth will I do that i don't even know her. I told her that I will make sure that I make sure she looses her job because people like her should not be in Customer care as she is rude, abrupt and disrespectful. She had a nerve to bring religion into it saying God will sort me out, who the hell does she think she is? I am not sure what kind of a circus you guys are running there with someone's company. For the fact that we owe our accounts doesn't you the right to hire unethical and uneducated people to ruin our day. I don't make a call using stones, I call with my money and to be disrespected like that is atrocious and unbelievable. Do me a favour and cancel that debit order, I'll pay indirectly to your account. I don't want to deal with a bunch of lunatics
