The worst food I have ever tasted. The burgers raw and uncooked. I've never tasted food like that in a long time, it was horrible. The service was ****.They should close down because this trash place does no belong in a hospital

I have been buying the cappuccino flavour box for many years .. As of late the taste of this flavour is **********! To the extent that Iv wondered if there is dust mixed in here or is this an extremely cheap new coffee bean being used to save costs ??? And I’m now 3 boxes down that Iv thrown in the drain after making it and smelling and tasting this nonsense!

Staff at NetCafe Pinehaven are incredibly racially selective about who to serve and in what order. I was seated long before two non-Black patrons, the waiter looked me dead in the eye and then proceeded to not only take their orders, but also bring their drinks before I called out to him to attend to me. ****** is so inherent they’re even blind to it.

I purchased a Nescafé jar, excited to enter their "WIN an Annual Salary" competition. The large, shiny sticker on the jar made it sound simple: send a WhatsApp message to enter. Instead of being entered into the competition, I was repeatedly prompted to opt into their marketing lists – no mention of the competition anywhere! As a published author, I have posted on my Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook author page. See links https://www.facebook.com/share/p/wCpAme8RezV3NNDS/ https://www.linkedin.com/posts/suzanne-franco-36605125_nescafaez-nescafe-badmarketing-activity-7237429019908931585-rOsl?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop https://www.instagram.com/p/C_h5_yWozB5/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== As a writer, I know how to 'spin' marketing, but this goes too far! It feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Nescafé, I expected better from such a well-known brand. This isn’t how you treat loyal customers. It’s misleading and unfair. I’m calling on Nescafé to take responsibility and treat consumers with the transparency they deserve. Anyone else feeling deceived by this? I’d love to hear if others had the same experience.

So yesterday I was assisted by a very friendly lady at the Kiosk NetCafe Milpark Hospital, I then wanted to leave her a tip or buy her cold drink as a thank you. She told me she's not allowed to take it, then I thought no let me then tell her manager to facilitate this. To my surprise when approached the manager she gave me such dismissive attitude as I'm bothering her with this. I asked why are they not allowed to take tips? She said I don't know it's company policy not even showing any concern at all then she just pointed me to a tin box to leave it there, then I said but no it's for her not the company or everyone there. She's like mam I don't know and dismissed me. Her attitude is shocking to even think that you put people like that to manage a team is shocking to me, if she treated me like that a stranger how worse does she treat the team. Also what kind of oppression is that we cannot give our own money to say thank you for the service? It is is our money and giving it willingly? Those people work hard the whole day for their families and we all know that they get minimum wages and then what do you guys do again; cut off tips?????? What??? Are you guys serious? I'm totally disgusted to say the least. Do better as a company and hire managers who are skilled to treat human beings with respec

Umhlanga Netcafe... WOW. i was put off buying anything from there, I stopped at the cafe on my way out (14 Oct at 15h50)for a takeaway tea and a balloon for my3 year old who was discharged from her stay at the hospital. the cashier.. Zama was extremely cold. no words, no acknowledgement, just a zombie chewing something in front of me. Zombie cos it looked like she was ready to roll her eye***** to the back of her head... I just paid for the balloon for my daughter and some chewing gum and just left. Mind you there was no one in the store or at the cafe... makes you wonder why...
