Pathetic service and use their waitress to overcharge people. I have been complaining about an overcharge that was at the bar for family and friends. I described the lady who did this down to the red and white beads she had on her wrists, showed the purchase and listed what was bought and what I was charged. Kedibone was handling my ticket and it is 2026 with an over charge of R600 plus with no assistance.
Worst delivery service, my parcel was taken out of line without confirming with me and I called to reschedule the delivery because the item is needed for a photo shoot. Got no assistance from the first call center agent who ddnt even take the correct delivery she couldn't be bothered. I called again and Fikile assisted she confirmation she scheduled a delivery for today in the morning and nothing has been delivered.
Placed an order on the 09 Nov and got the delivery soon after on the 11th of Nov. The order was incomplete as 2 perfumes were missing. I spoke to Prisca on the very same day and I was advised it would get my order from tomorrow which would have been from the 12th of Nov until today I haven't received any delivery. I have enquired numerous times still nothing.
Telkom doesn't take their clients serious. They are retrenching people while we suffer by them billing us ridiculous amounts. I upgrade my phone only to be slapped with a bill over R2000 with added things added to my account without my confirmation. Let's not mention trying to get through to the call center to get help is a nightmare. I logged a call on the 6th of Jan and I haven't heard anything I have tried to contact them no luck. Imagine R1000 more to one's original account.
I recently found out a fraudulent account was opened apparently under my ID number in 2015. It was a struggle getting in touch with anyone who can assist me with this case at Avon Justine as I was sent pillar to post and given different email address to try and "solve" this issue as I couldn't take out any credit or apply for anything as I was also getting married in a few months and I needed to do a few things but because of the record everything was declined. Finally there was some light and I was given a list of things I needed to do to clear my name so I wrote an affidavit, signed 6 times on a blank page, provided my proof of address and a certified copy of my ID. I sent these documents in July and promised 48 hour response which never happened so I had to call everyday for something to be done. Finally on the 17th of Aug 2017 I get a letter clearing my name and that my credit record will be cleared in 21 days. Fast forward to December I apply for a credit card with FNB and it is declined 2 times which made no sense because I new a had a good credit record as I have 2 clothing accounts. So I call FNB to find out why am I such a "high risk" and I explained my situation with Avon and I was told that is why I am declined for a mere R840 and I was asked if I opened a case against Avon as I am claiming a fraudulent account was opened. I justified this by saying I have a letter clearing me and I was told the letter doesn't not hold any weight. I cannot even get a mere cellphone contract because of this Avon nonsense so I was asked to submit the letter and with an affidavit and so I did. I sent an email to Vuyiswa Ngcobo and cc'd Cy-reze Moralee/WST/ZA on the 17th of December and made a whole lot of calls trying to find someone who can explain to me what happened because I cannot do anything with this record hanging over my head and everything is being declined and I was promised my name will be cleared after 21 days from the day the later was sent which was the 17th of Aug 2017 but yet 3 months later I am still having issues and till this day no one has ever gotten back to me as I had to give my details to try and get someone to help me as they "understand" my situation and Vuyiswa is on "leave". This has practically ruined my life as it is the first thing they find and I dont get the well deserved credit initially because of this fraudulent account under my name. I am planning on buying a house and no bank will approve that if I "cant pay R840" which I dont know off actually.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered to me last, it was dispatched on the 02nd of Nov and the next day I tracked the parcel is showed that it is was in PE then I call the Skynet office in Pretoria to check if what I saw was right an yes indeed it was true that the parcel was sent to PE but I will surely receive it Friday. Friday came and passed and there wasn’t a delivery so Monday the 07th of Nov I call to find out what went wrong as I haven’t received my parcel and I called the Pretoria office which put me through to Johannesburg. The service I received at that branch was appalling!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got put from pillar to post so many times I lost track of the names of the people who were attempting to “assist” me.

I got calls cut in my ear, the premium service department either were cutting the calls or no one was answering the phone as I was put there 4 times with no response and the calls got cut. And with regards to the department that can help me track the parcel spoke to Lydia, Marlene and Bridgette. Lydia put me through to the overnight services and I was kept on hold for a while then the call cut. Marlene tried to put me through to Elizabeth in the premium service department with on luck yet again and the calls got cut. I called again via the switchboard and Marlene tried to put me through again and yet again the call got cut and after that I decided I will ask for the premium service department at the reception and I got put through with no response AGAIN AND THE CALL GOT CUT.

After all that I call yet again because I don’t have the status of the parcel so a lady my the name of Bridgette got my call and said she is going to contact the driver and I was put on hold yet again then she came back to say the driver (Desmond) is not picking up and his number is as follows 073 ********** . When I called the number Charmaine answered not Desmond and she clearly states that she didn’t receive my parcel and she knows nothing about it and she has spoken to a lady at Skynet to confirm that. So yet again I called Skynet and I asked to be put through to Bridgette another lady picked up the call, told the whole story of being sent from pillar to post etc I give her the tracking number, she puts me on hold come back after a while saying they can’t get hold of the driver and apparently there wasn’t an address on the waybill so I had to give the address and it will be sent to the relevant person.

I am really disappointed at the fact that it took about 15 calls plus and having calls cut etc just to find out there wasn’t an address but the office park name, company name and my number was on the waybill.
