I HAVE HAD ENOUGH. YOU CAN VIEW ALL MY COMPLAINTS. I BETTER BE ATTENDED TO ! YOU HAVE PEOPLE EMPLOYED WHO DELIBERATELY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO AGITATE AND ANNOY CUSTOMERS. YOU ARE THE CEO AND I SUGGEST YOU DO YOUR JOB AND INTERVENE. IN FACT THEY CAN REIMBURSE ME WITH R100 FOR ALL THE AGGRAVATION THEY ARE PUTTING ME THROUGH ! AND SHOVE THEIR 1GIG. I had a Daytime Balance of approx 5 to 6 Gigs available to last me until end of May 2020...Yesterday I turn on Wifi and Balance available is 0....I check my balances throughout the day, everyday. I queried them on FB and Messenger. I want this taken seriously. I am not okay with someone fiddling around with my Wifi Balances. REPORT BACK TO ME !! In the interim I have had to purchase 5Gigs + 5Gigs but I want my available Daytime Balance reimbursed to me ! I have had enough !!!

Attention Senior Management Your Customer Service Agents or whatever position they call themselves are lacking in any attempt to resolve complaints about pricing...I have just had a VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT Woman call me just now...She is offensive and cheeky..I demanded her name when I said I am taking this matter further and she told me GO AHEAD AND TAKE IT FURTHER !!! Clearly not concerned about integrity and upholding any etiquette over the phone ! Yes she refused to give her name and put down phone !!! Is this the standard of Service that customer's have to contend with ? If I was in charge she would be shown the front door !

I am laying a CHARGE OF FRAUD against AA Trading ( I have never heard od them )...I received an SMS from an unknown source telling me that AA Trading has lodged a DEBIT of R99 to my account with ref AAT32804 and referring to another Company called Home Sure !!! I did some investigations and Home Sure said to me " Are you phoning about Unauthorised Debits " I said YES. ( She clearly knows about this )...She gave me a number which I had to phone incessantly as they did not answer !!! My Blood now Boiling !!! I eventually got through and spoke to a person called Sam Naidoo. I asked what kind of Company is that ? She said a CALL CENTRE/CONTACT CENTRE....I told her that FRAUD IS BEING COMMITTED...I warned her that if my account is touched, I will be laying a charge of Fraud !!! The SMS said that the DEBIT would go through on 25/1/2019 !!! She then said ' oh, there was a glitch or problem in their system and SMS's were sent to the wrong customers !! I AM NOT A CUSTOMER AND NEVER HAVE BEEN !!! She said she would report this to their Accounts Division and get them to contact me !!! I asked her, where did they get my details from ? She could not answer. I said I want a response and sorted...Of Course NO RESPONSE !!! was received at all !!! So I posted a Warning on Hello Peter and I see other people have been scammed in the past too and it is still going on !!! The Law must CATCH these people and they must be prosecuted !!! So despite WARNINGS...MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED WITH AN UNAUTHORISED AMOUNT OF R99..... AA TRADING YOU HAVE COMMITTED FRAUD !!! I AM LAYING A CHARGE !!!
I received an SMS today from an unknown Source telling me that AATrading (never heard of ) had lodged a debit of R99 to my account.... WARNING DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT DEBITING MY ACCOUNT !!! Never ever heard of you and your suspicious phone number is either busy or The Subscriber you have dialled is not available...I believe you are SCAM ARTISTS !!! You have been warned !!!

THIS TIME ALLISTAIR KLEIN....NO RESPECT AT ALL...SEEMS TO BE A TRAIT AT THAT PARTICULAR VODACOM TECHNICAL CENTRE BACK OFFICE......TONE OF FIRST SMS RUDE BY WAYNE JEFTA...I TOLD THIS TO ALLISTAIR THAT THAT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED....ALLISTAIR SAYS MESSAGE IS GENERIC " HE " IS NOT GOING TO CHANGE IT FOR ME !!!! AS IF HE CAN SPEAK FOR VODACOM....I SUGGEST MANAGEMENT LET HIM KNOW THAT HE HAS NO AUTHORITY TO MAKE ANY SUCH DECISION..HE TELLS ME THAT I AM THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS COMPLAINED....IE I AM ONE PERSON OUT OF A HUNDRED CUSTOMERS AND THEY HAVEN'T COMPLAINED...SO IF YOU ARE UNLIKE ME AND JUST ACCEPT FIRST MESSAGE (which is rude) CUSTOMER MUST JUST ACCEPT SUBSCRIPTIONS THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT...I ASK HIM WHY THEN DID HE GET INVOLVED....HE SAYS ONLY BECAUSE I HAD REPOSTED MY COMPLAINT AND THAT IS WHY HE CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTION ATTACHED TO MY ACCOUNT AND REFUNDED ME !!!!!! My experience began last night...I had a balance of 29.5 MB...then I receive an SMS stating Data running out...It was impossible..it had only been 5 minutes..,I checked again on *111# and it showed no MB...still in disbelief I then begrudgingly purchased another Data Bundle of 30 MB...then went to *111# and all of a sudden expecting the balance to just be 30 MB...it had magically added my 29.5MB back so my Balance was now 59MB...ie both SMS's and *111# Balances were wrong in stating I did not have any MB !!!! A person with initials RB replied to my original query on Vodacom FaceBook Page sending that stupid Generic Message on Tips to Monitor usage.....He or She had NOT READ MY MESSAGE PROPERLY AT ALL !!!!! AND I SUGGESTED MY TIP TO THAT PERSON WAS TO READ PROPERLY AND GO BACK TO SCHOOL !!!! BUT I WAS NOT GOING TO LEAVE IT THERE...I POSTED TODAY ANOTHER REQUEST VIA EMAIL AND FACEBOOK FO SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY.... WELL THIS IS WHEN THIS ARROGANT RUDE CHEEKY AND ****Y CONSULTANT PHONED ME...HIS NAME IS RUBIN...(REFUSED POINT BLANK TO GIVE ME HIS SURNAME)...I TOLD HIM THAT HE WAS RUDE AND CHEEKY...I DID NOT WANT TO SPEAK TO HIM...AND THAT I WANTED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER OR SOMEONE ELSE...HE REFUSED !!!! HE CLEARLY THINKS HE KNOWS IT ALL BUT HE DOES NOT...HE SHOULD NOT BE DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS..,HE LACKS KNOWLEDGE...TELLS ME TO IGNORE SMS'S WHICH I HAVE ALSO REPORTED YESTERDAY AND ON MANY OCCASIONS SHOWS FALSE BALANCES)....THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM..THAT IS VODACOM WHO HAVE TO GET THEIR INFORMATION THAT THEY SEND TO PEOPLE TO BE CORRECT. I TOLD HIM I DIAL *111# TO VERIFY BUT IN LAST NIGHTS CASE MY DATA HAD DISAPPEARED ON THAT METHOD OF CHECKING BALANCE AS WELL...I WAS LIVID...I THEN PURCHASED MORE DATA 30 MB...THEN DIALLED *111# EXPECTING TO SEE A DATA BALANCE OF 30 MB...OUT OF THE AIR MY DATA BALANCE WAS NOW BACK AS TO WHAT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ie..59 MB !!!! EXPLAIN THAT ONE TO ME ??? IE..I HAD NO NEED TO BUY THAT EXTRA 30 MB !!!! THAT IS NOT ETHICAL !!!! NOW CLEARLY MR " KNOW IT ALL RUBIN " COULD NOT UNDERSTAND OR DID NOT WANT TO LISTEN AS HE KEPT ON BUTTING IN AND YES I SHOUTED AT HIM AND VICE VERSA.....NOBODY WILL EVER SPEAK TO ME LIKE THAT EVER !!! I TOLD HIM I AM REPORTING HIM AND HE COULDN'T CARE LESS.....WELL IF THESE ARE THE TYPE OF PEOPLE DEALING WITH CLIENTS VODACOM HAS GONE TO THE DOGS......HE NEEDS TO BE PUT IN HIS PLACE....WHO DOES HE THINK HE IS ? IF I DO NOT WANT TO SPEAK TO THIS RUBIN WITH NO SURNAME THAT IS MY BUSINESS...HE IS AN AGRESSIVE BULLY WHO HAS NO CLUE OR INITIATIVE OR LISTENING S****S WHATSOEVER !!!! AND I TOLD HIM THAT...I COULD DO HIS JOB 100 TIMES BETTER....AND SO COULD OTHERS !!!! SO BRAVE...BUT REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS SURNAME...I SAID ARE YOU TOO AFRAID TO...BECAUSE I AM GOING TO REPORT YOU....VODACOM WILL TRACE HIM !!! I REITERATE I WILL NOT BE SPOKEN TO LIKE THAT...HE MADE ME SO ANGRY AND TELLS ME NO NEED TO RAISE MY VOICE.....TALK ABOUT PROVOCATIVE CHEEKY RUDE ARROGANT AND DISRESPECTFUL ( I AM THE CLIENT ).......I PAY FOR SERVICE !!!
