They used to be great. Now tokens take hours and/or never get sent to the email address. They then try to say it is your email that is at fault - or Eskom - or the bank - or or or or or
As part of Husky Rescue South Africa, I deal with Virbac Backhome a lot. Kovilan Nagia is the most helpful and efficient person. Never have I had a problme that he couldn't solve or assist me with. Every pet should be microchipped and Backhome are the best! Thank you Kovilan.

My website was not working and the original creator of it is no longer available. 1-grid sorted it out in less than 48 hours!
This is now the third time I have had to BEG for my electricity token. This evening received acknowledgment that they had received my payment. I waited and waited - no token. Three hours later no sign of it! The previous two tokens were only received because I complained. Online chat useless. WhatsApp useless. My elderly relative may be out of electricity before sunrise tomorrow. They have my money. No apologies,

Dainfern : What a lovely space to enjoy good company and fabulous food. The staff are friendly and fun and the owner always makes you feel at home… highly recommended! Waterfall: great takeaways. Again the staff are charming and the food is always a high standard.
They have been good until I tried to cancel my late father’s house, which I paid for. We moved my mum and asked DUMA to activate her new address. No one called to do it but, amazingly, I was charged!! Incredible. I complained, then went to to a rival company who arrived within 24 hours! DUMA continued to charge for the UNservice. I have my own property with Duma and did not change this. However after a breach of security where DUMA did not respond I found out that my ENTIRE account had been suspended - no warning, no emails, no phone calls, just the regular invoices saying no money owed! Three nasty phone calls later - still no apologies ~ I wax told not to worry. We are sure nothing will happen to you. Wait until Monday. I have paid next month in advance to ensure my safety! Not acceptable
