I requested my cellphone call & location history for 7 December 2021. Have send the completed vorm to MTN and 7mnths later still did not receive my report. My car accident claim cannot be finalized due to the lack of service from MTN. Who can help me?
After continously sending emails to ABSA credit card department to settle my credit card I still did not receive feedback on my request for a special settlement rate.
I cancelled my data contract in December 2019, made several calls to the Call centre at Vodacom and after 3years still receive bills. What must I do to get Vodacom to do their job? They are not interested to cancell your deal on expiry date but instead keep on billing you after making calls to them.
I requested my ABSA vehicle settlement letter by calling the call center who kept transferring me to people not helping me at all. I also requested my credit card paid up letter via email and phone with no response. Employees dont assist you when you were placed under debt review and want to settle your accounts.
This company employees ignore emails and do not want to assist when you need to remove debt review even after sendimg proof that debt was paid up. Called them, emailed them, no response or feedback. Hope management will take action to respond!
Ordered a product online, read VERY BAD comments about this company on your platform BUT this company is not a scam. I received my order from Spain via DHL express without any delays. I could highly recommend this company!
We applied for a MTN business cellphone contract and personal MTN cellphone contract during January 2020. The consultant Keitumetse Maleka did not give as any feedback at all after visiting her office several times. She doesnt teply to our messages via sms and/or emails at all. We are keen to sign a MTN contract and have been Vodacom clients for the past 30years. The customer experience we have received from this MTN consultant is absolutely pathetic!
What a dissapointed after visiting this Spur for dinner tonight. TERRIBLE service and bad food! Will not recommend this Spur at all
I wish to thank Vodacom for resolving the issue with my account made by the Customer Service Consultant on 30 January 2017. After months my account was rectified and the credit passed for the incorrect billing on my cellphone account. I wish to thank Management of Vodacom for their quick response after lodging my complaint with hellopeter.com. My phone lines are working and I can carry on with business as usual.
I have TWO cellpnone numbers linked to my VODACOM account. On 30 Jan. 2017 @ 09:58, I called the Vodacom customer care number to upgrade my ONE contract to RED VIP PLUS @ R2099pm requested as from 1 February 2017. The other contract was due to expire on 6 March 2017 and I was intending to keep that number as a prepaid number due to the fact that my client database of 23 years all had that particular number to call me for business. I do have the call recording on my phone! Vodacom then changed BOTH my contract number to the RED VIP PLUS subscription by THEIR mistake! When I received my accounts of March & April 2017 I saw I was charged enormous rates on my account and called Vodacom customer services on 26 April 2017 to request them to correct my account! After several phone calls to Customer Care which I have records of, they disconnected my lines on 2 May 2017. Since then I spoke to several Customer Service representatives to find out what was happening with the dispute lodged on my account on 26 April 2017. ZERO response received! I then visited different VODACOM dealers to assist me with the problem STILL nothing done to my incorrect billing of the account. After months I spoke to a Customer Care Consultant on 12 October 2017 who confirmed that VODACOM incorrectly upgraded both my numbers to the RED VIP PLUS subscription and "Chandre Pedro of Vodacom" ONCE AGAIN lodged a dispute on the account and requested that I make a payment of R15,985- on my account untill the matter is resolved. I did make the payment to Vodacom just to get my lines DELETED on the Vodacom system two days later! VODACOM was the cause of the problem which they never corrected and I have lost both my cellphone numbers after 27years of being a VODACOM loyal client. I wish to report this unpleasant dealing with MANAGEMENT of Vodacom South Africa who now needs to HELP me get my numbers back! This matter have resulted in a HUGE loss of business and I URGENTLY need this problem resolved to prevent further loss of income and need my numbers reinstated!!
