My company terminated my Liberty membership one month before my termination date. The deductions for the provident fund were still made at the end of Feb 2026, but now the Liberty fund manager is not responding to me. I will give full name and details when another representative contacts me
I was promised 25mbps but only get 22. I called the Call centre yesterday at 14:58. The agent promised to call me back. Now, 20 hours later, still no call from him. You don’t deliver on mbps and you don’t deliver on customer support!
I have been with them for 19 days so far and probably had connection issues for 10 of those days! Worst support from the support team!
Their connection is a disgrace. I joined on 1 March and in my first 5 days as a customer, I had no or slow internet for 3 of the 5 days. I had to buy data to be able to attend online meetings and this was all at my cost. They were not prepared to look at any form of reimbur*****t.

As a Private Client, I have never in my life experienced such poor service. Some people are efficient but I am waiting for weeks for answers from my private banker, Israel Gumbi.
Worst company to get support from - I have now been trying for almost 4 weeks to get sign-in credentials so I can sign in on the app. But because the agent that signed me up, entered my email address incorrectly, I am not getting any password reset emails. Retentions department should call me to resolve it but they don't.
I am a non-resident. My funds were blocked 2 weeks ago. I have sent my contracts to non-res and explained the contract has expired, but as per the contract it continues on a month to month basis. Rachel Sefadi sent me a email saying the contract expired. That is exactly what I told her, but she didn’t read the email. I need my funds released please!!!
Malebane Mohale is not responding, and when they respond, they quote incorrect policy holder names. CAN I PLEASE GET FEEDBACK!
Although the promised in their quotation they will use blankets to protect the furniture (everything was already wrapped in bubbl wrap) the crew did not use any blankets at all and the furniture was moved from CT to PTA only with the bubble wrap. We experienced huge damages which cannot all be repaired. They did offer us a small payment to cover for the damage, but that does not cover a fraction of the damage costs. If they just used the blankets, as we were promised in the quote, this damage could have been avoided!
