Dear Kionne, Thanks again for your friendly efforts to try and put me in contact with Takealot. I appreciate that, you're telephone etiquette is admiral! I didn't get any response from them, it is not the first time that they chose to ignore me, and I don't think I see chance to place another order ever again! The chair is crucial to me, and I MUSTMAKE an informed decision! The VERY LEAST, the company can do is to provide customers who desperately needs it with all the specs! Not so much as the battery size or time to charge is even mentioned! Sure, it looks good on your app, as per the attachment but this doesn't give me any information, I must have to make a life changing decision and the irresponsive, non-care attitude makes it impossible! After my disappointment and to my regret, I don't have any choice but to get the word, of the obvious lack of customer service or even care out as far as possible, hence why I have decided to do start with it today, by putting a negative review on hellopeter.com. Since the company have my details to get in contact with me, I very much doubt that they will as customer support and satisfaction is very clearly not in their comprehension! I have been embarrassed beyond belief by your institution and I wouldn't recommend someone else to support you. On many occasions I have spoken to you to change my limits, both temporary and permanent ones on your app. Still each time I have tried to use my credit card, the transaction won't go through, leaving me red faced, and I don't even want to use the same vendors as the impression left must be that I was trying to buy while having not enough money to pay for it. Your call centre has promised it will not happen again.
I MUST give a huge shout out to Michael at Legend Removals South Africa! This is the 3rd time we have used this highly professional and reliable company to move across provinces every time without damage to any furniture apart from an occasion to due, to my own negligence parts of my bed was misplaced, Michael made a courtesy call to follow up, if we were satisfied with his team and the overall success of our move. Since we were more than happy with the outcome I was willing to recommend this, company in all honesty and gladly to my friends. I can with confidence recommend this great team to anyone who needs such a service to anyone else who wishes, to take care of their hard earned possessions! I've not been down this road for sometime now, but you crawled out of the woodwork and that deserves some mentioning. Wasn't it for the fact that you convinced a brain injured man to part with my life's savings. To my surprise I was contacted by Mr A. J Gershwin who again started pestering me for my bank details to reinstate my "investment" with the company! Needless to save this is not something that I was even considering in my wildest dreams! How naive do you think a man could to even this? Well Mr Gershwin p this man never be fooled again by your empty promises and lies!! You have taught us by your ********* behaviour not to trust your company at all! Not so kind regards!!
I bought an OPPO A74, some time ago and I have been trying to get help with pop up emojis, in all apps, l am to put it lightly SO FRUSTRATED! It made me l and has caused me to lose a potential contract with my business in its start up phase in an industry where, by word of mouth is crucial to enter the market. I have been trying to get hold of the company on numerous occasions to no avail! I have already posted a review on your platform, yet again with not even an acknowledgement! It's very clear to me that you have no idea or interest in your clients'interest! I will not recommend you for all the tea in China and have no faith in you at all! Even after I wrote a VERY NEGATIVE review and posted it on this platform and I have also been trying to reach them by calling the local Telkom outlet ( Paarl Mall, to see if they can get hold of their rep to going to the outlet to get some help with my phone. They were unable to assist me. I'm disabled and wheelchair bound, which makes it very difficult to get to the outlet and speak to you, as I desperately need help with my phone, I still haven't received any help from you !! I will not recommend, you to my worst enemy! I've been so happy with your product,, but the lack of service is preventing me from doing it!!
Even after I wrote a negative review on the Hellopieter platform, I have received no response from the company. Most definitely not recommend! Avoid at any cost!
I'm experiencing a problem with my A74 Oppo phone, it doesn't matter in which application I work, extremely annoying emojis pop up, I have tried to get hold of OPPO SA with no avail! I'm very happy with my phone, but their poor service has left a very bitter taste in my mouth, not to be recommend to anyone!

I was contacted by by a person who goes surname Ndaba. This person had the audacity to let me know that my debit order for my home loan was declined! I have been decline on ther system. I have changed it to be deducted from my Capitec account for MANY MONTH'S ago! This person have INCREASED the proof of payment, which I have sent it to her immediately. I have requested an acknowledge this email but I am still waiting! I won't recommend FNB to ANYONE ELSE! Stay away as far AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN! They should change their slogan to FNB to FNB how can we NOT HELP YOU!!
