yesterday, i went to Dischem centurion mall to buy medicine. i paid my parking ticket according to the machine shows R10, then i immediately went to my car and drive off. but in the parking, there is huge traffic jam, when finally my turn to go, seems like i arrived at the boom gate later than 15 mins, so the the boom gate doesn't want to open, then i pressed the button to speak to the service. the lady who spoke to me was very rude, she insist on letting me to go back and pay for extra, which is impossible, as it was also not my fault to cause over time. there was a security guard standing at the boom gate helping customers, he even talked for us, as he can see what is really happenning at the parking and how bad was the jam, maybe that's the reason causing the jam, as everyone had to call for service. centurion mall really need to inmprove on their service.
Order get it tomorrow ****!it's my second time fell into this ****, first time was in April, i purchased something which i need them in few days, i can still take the delay of few days. but yesterday, my phone broken, i need a phone urgently for work and daily life. then i chosed a samsung phone which marked get it next day, and it is available, and it is store in JHB, it match all criteria that takelot said eligible for next day delivery, and the page confirmed this point(it will be delivery on the 26th of July, Saturday) before payment. then after payment, system said i must expect my order on the 2nd of August, which is a week away! i need to use my phone urgently!
i'm not happy about takealot's "combine and ship" shipping, when i shop at takealot, i gathered 3 different items and paid together, two of them was marked next day delivery, but after i paid, takealot system shows that i am going to receive the parcel after two weeks, it's very disappointing, can't it be deliver individually?so i can receive my items as promised date. and they don't give you a contact number to compalin and reschedule my shipping date. please if any viewer can advice? or takelot will reply me with solutions?thanks
bought a new car 2 month ago, when car dealer hand over my car, they said the car was pre installed with tracker device, then i decide to keep it and just hand over the contract to me. then nobody contacted me, i thought it was already activated, only when i tried to obtain my login details of their app, i found out they don't even have my profile. then i started to email and call them several times,funny thing is sales person answer the call within 1 seconds, but service consultant answered called after very long time. then After many attemps on exlaining the situation, they finally answered me that my document or profile has been s****ped, so if i wanted to continue with their service, i need to start from beginning...hell, no, how can i trust this company anymore if they are servicing their client like this???or i feel that they don't even want to have this client(me).
my wife's flip Z4 screen broken suddenly, we are 100% sure the device has not been dropped, or any physical damaged in anyway. when i went to samsung service centre to claim warranty repair(i have valid warranty of 48 month, 12 month samsung care+), service consultant advised me they might not decline the warranty repair by the dents on the phone, i promise that dent was long ago, it definatley has nothing to do with this fault. and they said they will log a Q&A to their head office on this matter, then came back with same answer(warranty declined). i cannot accept the outcome of their decision. i decide to escalated to their head office, they said they will, and there was a lady contacted me, she heared my description of waht happened, she still insisst on their decision, so she said she will escalated to voice of customer, since then, noboday came back to me. i am so disappointed on what happened. so the issue was samsung just declined the warranty claim just because there is old dents. i cannot accepted this.
hi, i used buy many items from takealot, i understand how takealot operate their parcels, so i bear with them on the delivery time. but this time is unacceptable. i ordered and paid for one order of varies items on takealot on 4th of March. before i process my payment, it was clearly marked order will be delivered within 5-6 working days, but after i've done the payment, system immediately changed the delivery date to 17th of March, which it is 10 working days, that is not acceptable, and i alos need the item urgently. i could go buy it in builders next to my house. and i could not find takealot contact number, i have to email them for aftersale service,but their response is also unpleasant, they said due to stock unavailable, they must wait for supplier, but how come you are selling it but not available at the same time?and takealot always advertise next day delivery service... that's not acceptable. i supposed to rate only one star, but i gave 2 stars for their good service before.
send my parcel with DPD Laser(Dawn wings)on 13th of Dec,2022, today is 19th of Dec, my client still not receiving it. tried to call helpline, i was caller number 50...i did send email to inquiry, no answer. is the company still operating? what about my things?
the quality of the shoes are not Acceptable, and that's my second experience of nike shoes. my first one (couple of years ago) problem was a pair of nike tekkies with leather looks, after i wear few days (not even one week), it somehow had lots of bubbles on the surface. then i stopped buying nike shoes. recently Nike had one shoe that really caught my eye, then i bought a pair, but it disappointted me again within short period of wearing, the glue was not attached, meterial between hard pieces were torn. i hope i can upload picture if possible.
Fraud department number 0875774444, the lady is name is GUGU, who answered my call was very rude, and she even swear at me, because i answered a verification question incorrect(due to bank has not update my details). finally i request to speak to the supervisor who solved our issue which we satisfied. we are very disappointed and sad that such a beloved bank has someone with such bad attitude and service standard toward their client to work there, and i was a victim of fraud case, i have just been through a sad case of the card fraud, but i also have to go through a bad service call! FNB, please keep your client satisfy and happy,especially the client who was just suffered from the fraud, and you should make them comfort, not another damage
KFC Gateway we have ordered KFC green salad, there are no salad dressing had been given, we found out after drove away. this is not the first time of same thing happen. i was not given chicken piece, streetwise 2 without chicken, once without chips, etc. Bad experience!
