I made a manual payment to Bonitas to cover for both December 22 and January 23 - the payment was allocated (Ref : 231222QG6LLY) on the 28th of December. However Bonitas debit order for both December 22 and January 23 was taken on the 3rd of January 23, after I was assured by the agent I liased with on the phone and after I specifically noted it on my email dated 23 December 22, that they are not to do so
I bought a phone on Takealot and selected the option for same day delivery (at a premium) - when I track my parcel it indicates that delivery will be done the following day - no refund was given on the premium paid
On the 9th of March we went to purchase a 3kV solar system from InvestSolar, we have encountered several problems ever since. 1 The brochure indicated that the system will include four Canadian solar panels, we only recieved 3 panels 2 We also paid for the system with 3 seperate bank cards (R5000 on one card, R10000 on the second card and R9000) the balance of the 6000 we paid in cash, however did not recieve a receipt. We have flagged this however have been met by a very rude "Yuslin" who has since refused to issue us with electronic receipt of the balance 3. COC is yet to be done on the installed system and there has been no communication on when we will receive the compliance certificate.
I cancelled my Telkom uncapped ADSL contract in September 2020 and Telkom was still debiting. I went to Jabulani Mall to the telkom store to ensure this was cancelled , however Telkom has still been debiting. Each month is a struggle as i have to dispute the debit order. Today - Telkom has debited R599 again , to what extent do i need to go to - to ensure that they stop debitting my account ? I have even cancelled my Landline (011 934 7756) due to the overall poor service i have recieved from them -
Please have your orange juice machine checked at McDonalds Dobsonpoint. The orange juice I got with my meal tastes watered down - I am happy with the rest of the meal though

I have asked a friend to mail me a few items (From DBN to Soweto) using Aramex's overnight service. The said items were mailed on the 17th in DBN, and have still not arrived in Soweto (21st of December) Terrible service, I would not recommend to anyone.
Terrible services - I would not recommend you use Nedbank to open a business account. My collleagues and I started a company - and decided to open our account through Nedbank. Our current relationship manager A.Modise from Nedbank Sandton Branch started off as helpful by getting the process started and helping courier docs to cpt for one of our members to sign For a process we initiated on the 8th of Jan 2020 ; we still dont have our account , more than a month later. Our calls and emails are also not being attended to. We have subsequently requested a new relationship manager but that too seems to have fallen on deaf ears
