I have of recent enlisted Vumatel as my fibre network supplier of choice What a disappointment ..they have no control whatsoever of the people they have of service providers that they have SLA s with.compnies like VOX and New planet that are entrusted by Vumatel to carry out the necessary such as your installation and making sure it's done a date and time provided to you the client are nothing but false.i was contacted by New planet that does the installation on Saturday 23 May 2026 and the installation was due to carried out now Monday 25 2026 at 08.30 this morning ..nobody showed nobody called nothing I took an entire day off for this I've been in the phone with Vox,New planet keeps you in the phone Vumatel tells you the client to call New planet is this the service one gets after fulfilling the contract and taking out one .shame in you Vumatel.One whole day lost one day's pay lost.Like you interested 😭

Of recent I paid deposits for 2 vehicles and nothing was delivered from these people who supposedly are an auctioneering company dealing in bank repossessed vehicles I paid a big amount and when the supposedly owner insisted on more of a deposit my bank got concerned and suspended my account citing that these are ****mers and that I've been de*****ed. South Africa please don't get duped. ******** and bank cases have been opened. And no refund done
<p>I'm a client of MTN and have been for at least 23 years my cell number is ********** 799..I went to mtn the glen on Saturday 14 January2017.at about 1 pm..was attended to by Oliviawho went the extra mile to help me thanks to her..but the extended service was not concluded in the times prescribedby mtn when you do a sim swap..2 to 24 hours I was told it's now 27 hours to 28 hours and my sim card has not been activated by mtn therefore I cannot conduct my business ti receive or make calls..called from mtn the glen this morning and spoke to cindy a consultant that said I must till 1 ock today Sunday the 15..what a disappointment..well I will not be renewing any of my contracts again with MTN again..service is beyond atrociousabd shoddy..a warning to all mtn clients don't be fooled by this provider
