I am really having a challenge getting hold of Tanya Smith, she never responds to emails, calling to talk to her is also a mission. My daughter's debit order didn't go off on Friday as I have agreed with her. I kept on getting emails that the payment didn't go through, and surprisingly, there's funds in the account. Last week I tried calling her over 4 times, and every time I send her an email, she never responds, I have to call in order to get her to assist me, and it's never a call that I do once, I have to attempt to call over 3 times, ALL THE TIME!!!
I had a HORRIBLE experience with Nandos online, I placed an order online at 11:40 with Nandos Fourways, it showed that the order will be delivered at 12:50, at 12:40 I check online and it showed that the order has been delivered. I called the complaints line, spoke to Busi and she then transfered me to Nandos in Fourways Mall, I spoke to the manager, who assured me that he's sending the driver through. I called again at 13:25 and the RUDE manager who doesn't even LISTEN was just telling me excuses, firsly, he's got my order number wrong, the food still hasn't been delivered, funds went off from the account and no food has been delivered, I am one person who doesn't speak rude to people, but that manager is STUPID!!!!!
I am really disappointed with how my plea is being handled, on the 22nd of May I sent through an email advising them that my daughter mistakenly submitted a question paper instead of an answer sheet for a Letterkunde Toets, on the 23rd of May Veronika got back to me and advised that they'll fix it, it's an "exception" and it will never happen again. We are two months in since the issue, and it still not resolved, as per the communication, sent to parents, we were advised that all marks will be uploaded on the 18th of July, to date, there's still 2 outstanding Afrikaans marks. A certain learner sent through an email to Veronika as well on the 6th with a similar issue as my daughter's and surprisingly it has been resolved. Now my emails are being ignored, no one is responding to me, is this how parents and learners are treated?
Yesterday I was doing a "quote" online and it kept giving me an error, now surprisingly someone called me back and advised that they received a request from me to call back regarding an Insurance quote, I advised him that I was actually doing the quote online and didn't want to take a call as I wanted a quite for quite a few assets, we then agreed that he can call me anytime today, surprisingly, I've already been called by numerous people wanting to do a quote with me and I told them that I've made an appointment with someone already, the other guy kept insisting and I refused. To cut the story short, please don't call me anymore, kindly remove my numbers!!
Spoke to a very rude girl called Karabo from accounts department, you guys deducted my account last week Wednesday but you keep calling me informing me that my account is in arrears, please stop calling me and fix your mess!!! There's nothing as being annoyed by a phone that rings every one hour whilst I am at work being told that my account is in arrears whole you guys have deducted. Your service is PATHETIC!!!
On Friday I received a call from Nontuthuzelo Msibi advising me that Cartrack will not be deducting the full amount but rather about R24, to my surprise the debit order went off yesterday with the full monthly subscription, this issue has been going over a month, and the fact that the same Nontuthezelo only gets back to me after a week or 2 after sending the email. Can you please help me with cancelling the subscription, I don't need the services anymore and I am aware that my contract actually ended on the 31st of August 2024. Please cancel my subscription ASAP!
In the 1st of August I spoke to Nontuthuzelo Msibi requesting a refund on my account as I was double charged, she advised me that it'll take 14-21 business days and advised to calle back, 21 days later, no call or email from her. I sent her an email today and she never even bothered to respond back, indeed Cartrack's service will NEVER improve, this is a fact and it actually keeps getting worse each day.
On the 6th of August @ 11:20 I sent an email requesting recordings of the call between myself and the person that signed me up for the medical aid. Nobody's getting back to me, s fondly, please stop calling me on the 066 number as it'sy daughter's number and not mine. My number is the 072 number.
Kindly note that I reversed the debit order for my medical aid as u guys took more than what we agreed about. Can someone call me and explain what is going on.
Last week I called asking to be assisted with my refund as I transferred money then you guys debited without my concern, I was advised that someone will call me back, to date no one has called me, you guys went again yesterday and deducted AGAIN from my account Can you please refund me!!!!
