I had waited for almost a month for new hotwheels cars to arrive at the store. When the cars had finally come in I was contacted by a lady from the Springfield branch to inform me that stock is in. However, upon arriving at the store I was absolutely disgusted that a worker had taken all of the popular cars off the shelf for himself and thereafter the leftovers were left for the customers. When I requested him to show me the cars as this is unfair he walked away with an arrogant smirk.I had requested for the manager Mr Niel who was extremely rude and showed no sense of understanding me as a customer whatsoever. As I regular customer I refuse to shop at this unethical shop ever again.
Good day I had booked in my Y9 PRIME 2019 IMEI 862943047081524 in for the LCD to be repaired at the HUAWEI CENTRE located in the Cornubia Mall in Umhlanga Durban and today 17/01/2020 the phone had been couried to me by the store at my work place with the back camera shattered completely. I am extremely Dissapointed and frustrated with such incompetence and unprofessional behavior. I intend on involving my legal advisers on this matter as well report the store to the greatest lengths possible if my matter is not escalated and resolved at the total cost of Huawei immediately.
