I purchased school uniform worth R9000 and including a tracksuit, the top of the tracksuit had a factory fault, I had marked the tracktop because I couldn’t have anticipated that it would be faulty as I believe they check their staff before packaging them, I returned it and they are saying they can’t take it back because I have marked it, it beats me how will my child wear a faulty item, the sad part is that they are the only supplier of Curro school wear, I’m so disappointed. I would understand if they refused to take it back because it’s SIZE(that would have been negligence on my side) but the FACTORY FAULT??? Item is not wearable.
I bought a training shoe worth R1299 at Nike factory store in Woodmead in January, I noticed today that the training shoe is tearing on the side, it still looks new ( I wore it a few times) but I was told that it’s after six months they can’t assist, how can a shoe worth that much tear within a period of seven months? I’m truly disappointed
After purchasing goods amounting to R3471(CASH) I get treated bad, I wanted a refund on the flat sheet amounting to R769, I came on the 6th of May and was told they don’t have cash I then came back today still no cash, they are saying I must come back again, haybo I’m using petrol to come here, so they told me to wait I waited a good 30 minutes for someone to pay with cash,what about my time? Not only did Shiela ignore me yet she is in charge of the store, thanks to the sweet Lerato who calmed me down, whatever happened to value of a customer
Great service from Kayla in Shoprite Graaff Reinet, not only did she run around to ensure I get what I was looking for, she had a smile on her face the entire time and it was in the afternoon….thanks so much Kayla you made it so easy for me, I was exhausted because I had travelled from Pretoria👏👏👏👏
After purchasing bedding worth 10k the quality was not so great, I reported it after six months and they said they can’t fix it because I bought it a long time ago, and I bought it a year ago, my self and my husband have been customers for close to 20 years

Debonairs pizza Wonderpark sold me a pizza that was basically dough tried to take it up with their customer service but they did not even bother apologizing, never felt so unappreciated as a customer I mean it was my money the pizza was not free.
<p>I am a mother to a 2 year old and I recently visited Pick n Pay Wonderpark,I used the express till to pay and I was told to pack my own groceries because they don't pack groceries at the express till,I was so hurt because while I'm busy packing anything could have happened to my child I mean it's not safe at the shopping malls these days and kids are kidnapped everyday in South Africa and kids are ever reported missing.You turn for a second and your child is gone and you can not even replace a child.</p> <p>I was told that it's pick n pay rules, whoever came with that rule I hope he or she is not a parent,I will never set my foot at Pick n Pay I know it won't make a difference to them but rather my child be safe than sorry because I was busy packing groceries at Pick n Pay when they can afford to hire packers.</p>
<p>After receiving a horrible customer service from KAREN PARK SPAR, I had no choice but to call their customer service, I was helped by a lovely lady by the name of Yolanda, within 72 hrs the store manager by the name of Sturnford(sp) called me and apologised for the way I was treated by Yanni who also apologised as well and I was given a voucher worth R100,thanks SPAR customer service for taking your customers seriously.The stars are for their customer service in HEAD OFFICE ☺</p>
<p>I just received a horrible service at SPAR KAREN PARK, all because I returned smelly cooked food, after being a loyal customer for a few years I expected a better service. A young man by the name of JAN who is part of management by the way told me he can't see anything with food when I asked him to eat it since there is nothing wrong,he refused, they have lost me as a customer I know my absence won't make a difference in their pockets, I will gladly go to other retailers that will appreciate me and treat me with respect I deserve as a customer,I'm starting to believe the incident that was on Checkpoint few weeks ago about SPAR. </p>
