I am writing this review as I am currently stuck or we are left stranded by one the drivers, we are 6 passengers and we were left stranded by the driver or bus company in Queens Town we have been sitting here for the past two hours hoping to get transport and the other passenger is travelling with her kids. The bus arrived very late in Park Station on the 01/04/2026 only to leave us stranded in Queens Town. The service of this company is very terrible and I do not recommend anyone to use this bus as means of travelling no matter how cheap it is.
I have paid a R1000 lease fee for a lease that I have informed the agency at Just Property In Centurion that I will no longer be renewing the lease as I am moving out of the property and serving notice, Just Property is refusing to give me money back and they say that it is due to administration costs of which I don't understand as I have not signed the lease nor have I returned the lease back to them signed and I ha e emailed them to inform them that I am moving out of the property. Today they are charging me R50 cash deposit for paying my last rent ofwhich I transfer their rent money from my banking app into their account and when I call them they do not know what I am referring to where as I am receiving emails about a payment of R50 for a cash deposit. I am sick and tired of kust property as they are a bunch of ****mers !
I am totally disappointed with the service from Just Property Centurion, they had sent me lease agreement forms and they had said that I must R1000 to renew the lease of which I did that. I had not signed the lease forms and submitted them back to them as I have later then informed them that I actually want to move out of the property that I am currently renting from them. I had spoken to one of their agencies Yolandi Troskie on the 22/02/2023 telephonically and she had said that they will refund or discount the R1000 from my next month's rent and now they are refusing to refund me of the R1000 I had paid to them as, and their reason for non refunding me is that they funds will go to administration costs and I keep informing her what administration costs is she referring to cause I have not signed and sent back the lease agreement forms to them. This is day light roberry and totally unacceptable.
I had spoken with my medical aid and provided everything in writing to the Sunninghill Netcare Refund department to ensure the success of my admission refund. The accounts department had previously rejected the fact that I am entitled to my admission refund in writing of which I had replied to them with documents from my medical confirming that I am entitled to my refund. The matter was handed to the Netcare Refund department where the matter became even more horrific, as they required additional documents including our private information of our bank accounts like we are applying for financial assistance or a loan. We submitted all the documents they had requested and they have not replied nor called to confirm if they will be doing the refund or not ofwhich I am entitled to it as per the written instruction from my medical aid. When we told to pay the fee on the day of admission they never required our bank account statements and the amount we should be refunded is on the statement from the hospital when they had wanted me make a payment arrangement with them. The Sunninghill Netcare hospital refund department is the worst with its representatives who keep quiet and never give you feedback but when they want money from you they call and email non stop but now that they have to refund me of my money they are dead silent. Additionally they require these so called documents that one is never informed about from the beginning they just simply say it’s their procedure which is never shared to you or revealed from the beginning. When I had made and arrangement with and paid the so called outstanding amount they never required 3 months bank statements and ID documents and so forth. I am very disappointed at Sunninghill Refund department for their silence in this and their representatives whom also never call or reply to your emails if this was reversed and they wanted you pay the matter is treated differently as they are in constant communication with you demand their money.
Another month gone by and Finrite has obviously do nothing about my previous complaint towards them and so to Telkom as well. As I have previously stated that I had canceled my cellphone contract with Finrite in October of 2019, but Finrite keeps debiting my account for their cellphone insurance which I no longer have with them. Finrite is beyond useless as a business and they are obviously not worried about customer complaints as they know that they will illegally take money that does no longer belong to them on people’s bank accounts. I hate Finrite and will / would not recommend them to anyone to use them for any form of insurance. I HATE FINRITE!!! THEY ARE USELESS
I had canceled my cellphone contract with Finrite in October 2019, Finrite has debut orders for their cellphone insurance still running on my account. I am still being sent statements regarding their cellphone insurance and the date that they are going to debit my account. the best thing that could’ve happened this year Is for Finrite to close as a business entity as they clearly do not know how to run a business effectively. Calling in their call center is also a night mare as their agents also never provide solutions to the problems at hand. I do not understand what gives Finrite the right to run un authorized debit orders into people’s accounts of which this is illegal as I had canceled my contract with them and they have confirmed my contract cancellation.
Finrite from poor customer service to being crooks, I had called in early in the month of October to inform Finrite that I am canceling my cellphone insurance with them and the call center agent confirmed to me that my contract has been canceled and they will debit my last premium in October. Today I had a Finrite debut order running on my bank account, I can’t say that I am surprised I excepted ch from Finrite, it still amazes me how they are an operating business till today anyway. As usual one has to write to Hello Peter in order for Finrite to try to fix their **** business operations. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM YOU THIEVES !!!
Days have gone by and I still havent been contacted by those crooks called Uber, they illegally took money from my credit card with out my acknowledgement and aproval for I trip that I did not even take on the 15th of June 2018.
on the 15th of June while I was at work I had an amount of R299 deducted off from credit card, ofwhich my credit card is not registered on my uber profile on the uber app . I want the full amount of R299 which was illegally deducted from my account to be fully refunded back. I cannot find ubers telephone details and I was not email the details of the trip that I so called took, there is no receipt which indicates so from uber. I would like to know how did they manage to illegally deduct money from my credit card and I have not used their pathetic rides since the 10th of June of which I had cancelled the trio and never used it. can some one from criminal uber give me a call on ********** 180 to talk about their criminal activities.
on the 15/06/2048 I har an amount of R299 deducted from credit card by uber ogwhich my credit card is not registered on my Uber profile and i alst used the Uber app on the 10/06/2018 of which i has then cancelled the trip. I find Uber conducting illegal transactions using our credit cards whoch is against the i would like my money to be fully refunded and legal action to be taken against Uber.
