Car track can list you for being a bad payer then ask you to settle your arrears, then demand you pay them R1800 so that they can remove you from the credit bureau. I fell for this once, but they are doing it again. I dont think this is legal. After 12 years using them without a single claim I think I should move my business elsewhere.
We purchased 2 wacky wednesday's all with extra cheese paid for, however one of the burgers barely had any cheese on it at all. The cheese honestly looked like it had been put on and then sc****d off again, leaving almost nothing behind. No taste of cheese at all. It was disappointing, especially because the rest of the order was fine, but this particular burger looked poorly prepared and below the standard.
I have actually run out of words to express my frustrations with my hisense 58" tv. 3/4 repairs later and the TV is still not working properly. Kudos to them for attempting to repair however repairing the same thing 3/4 times should indicate that the whole unit is faulty. Iv asked hisense to replace it even with a second hand tv as long as it works and has a guarantee which landed on deaf ears. I have 3 different tv brands and have had no issues at all with the others. Think twice
If your looking for a TV, avoid the Hisense 58". I say this one specifically because I have a 65" back home that works perfectly. I have had the 58" taken for repairs but it's still problematic. I contacted Hisense again they sent someone and offered to change the same part they changed. It is extremely frustrating to be dealing with this and I recall seeing someone else complaining about tge same issue.
I ordered jeans and they sent the incorrect ones. This is happening for the second time. You pay for returns and what makes it worse the ones I wanted have been sold out . Really unhappy with the service
I bought a TV from them about a year or 2 ago and since day one it has been a pain to own. It switches itself off and sometimes the picture just turns green or picture is distorted. Some days it refuses to switch on.
Iv made 3 orders with qualifying purchases yet no XL jackpot cards.
Excellent service. Reported my issue, within 1 hour a technician was at hone and fixed my connection. Impressive!!!
Waited for nearly 30min for what was said to take 8min at blackheath kfc.This was past thier closing time. I called the store twice from the drive thru. They couldn't care less. This was extremely frustrating and u safe for me as a female.
2 orders, 2 different days delivered about 1h:30min after order. My advise thier 20min claim is not true.dribers don't communicate, your left hanging. Horrible customer experience
