**** Alert 🚨 Cebolethu Funeral service has by far shocked us as a family and the community. To the point that my aunts Funeral was the worst experience ever. Even the local funeral service does far better with premium service at a lower cost. How can you promise all these services and only to find out that you will be told that you do your own catering pay your own van and to make things worse we even had to carry the dead body ourselves as a mourning family we are totally hurt and demand an explanation for even being told to pay extra the day before funeral. My big brother is traumatised to this day he was forced to carry out aunt and put her in the crematorium tray by himself because Cebolethu people said they are not responsible for such. The decor was old sheets the cutlery was rusted s****s. Even the Mayor of Stanger attended the funeral which was so embarrassing to see her friend getting such a pathetic good bye from Cebolethu. Platinum cover that you have to be told by the lady that she can’t help you with anything she even has the audacity to speak on the phone throughout the drive to the crematorium with her friend having long conversations what nonsense is this the attitude.
The worst roads in the country. Even gravel roads are better than main road in stanger eThembeni Area. In less than a month I’ve ran over potholes 3 times and had to fix the tyres. It’s so frustrating that we’ve got a government and ward councillors that are oblivious of the poor roads and service we getting. They have the dam audacity to do road blocks on the same road. Im so angry and fed up I hope next years elections will be a break through history in the making EFF or DA as the ANC is just like an old record playing over and over again.
Worst investment account ever. You just receive and automated response saying your withdrawal could not be complete please redo without any explanation. Like I did the request on the 29th and not it says I must check on the 12th December like how hard can it be to do a withdrawal. I should have just opened a Nedbank investment and just get my banker to assist cause clearly Sanlam isn’t as good as they think they are. In fact I’m cancelling my life cover with them. Imagine if would die how much my daughter would struggle to access my life cover.
I’d like to take this opportunity in applauding Nedbank Ballito Branch most especially my banker Sabashni. We live in a very competitive environment where by bankers hardly ever show any empathy or interest in their clients life. This lady not only knows my daughters name DOB but she is so good that she can make you feel relaxed about your personal problems to the point that it creates a very welcoming atmosphere and you end up sharing everything. Well it’s more like the****utic banking actually. She asked me about my chicken business and it gives me pleasure that I’m banking with people that really care. Big up Sabashni keep on the good work. My sister is also happy with her service.
I recently came out of debt review now my credit score showing NCRDC2686 I don’t know what this is but iv paid up all my account and debt busters hasn’t cleared my name. I’m totally disappointed with the way my account was handled as I payed for a service that did not help me but rather it put me into a situation whereby my credit history was black listen
Very disappointed with FNB. I payed up my loans but they still haven’t given me my payed up letter. It’s been a month now but still no action. One of the ladies even said maybe if I was banking with them it would be easier. Which is unfair.
Totally unhappy with the way in which Thandi spoke to me at the counter She’ll Garage umvoti. She first addressed me as a boy which was very racist of her. Hi I have a problem with one of your staff that’s been stealing money. He claims to be in the credit department he called me after I had applied for a loan and said he could assist me but first I need to send money to his capitec account in order for my debt to clear. I sent him R15000 but he didn’t rectify the problem with my accounts. He has been receiving money from people and loggin the capitec system and generating loans I only found out recently that he does not work for capitec. I was shocked because when he called he used a landline which looked legit and he was able to login in the system and tell me about my credit. Level of customer service from velani on the phone is just pathetic. 084135 help line number. I recharged with 200 and paid R70 for emergency airtime the my R100 is gone like what up with cell c are they that broke that they can now scan people like just to cover on their revenue and train their consultants to tell you that you have subscribed on their specials. I have never subscribed on anything but now my account is R100 short and the consultants level of customer service is just too bad to even let her speak to the customers. I don’t understand maybe becuase I’m black that’s why I was treated like this. Maybe on my ballot paper I will note it down black with no voice to speak out. The lady dropped my call before I could say and tell her about more of my complaints.

I went to your FNB Mobeni branch and the lady refused to help saying she wont beable to help me there. I then had to m akea call to your call centre and spoke to one of your agents who said that I should get my money within 72Hrs, this was on the 1/08/2016. I waited and no money came through. I then amde another call on the 4/0/2016 to which this time the lady said Ishould wait another 5 days for my money, bear in mond I have already been waiting for 4 days. today , 5/8/2016, I still have not received my money and we are now going into the wekkend. could youy pleasde let me k now when do you guys plan on giving me back my mon ey or do I have to keep spending my money and airtime calling you guys only for to keep playing hide and seek? for a bank that prides itself self on being fast and user friendly I am not seeing none of that , to the extent that I am even considering changing my bank account and going to another ban****</p>
