OUTSurance sold me a so called essential cover, I had an accident, from that essential cover, when it's time for payout, they minus 40% off from the retail value of the car. Imagine getting out R30 000 from a 2014 i20 Hyundai? Go for Outsurance at your own risk.
Extremely disappointed at Dr. A Thomas at Dr Unben Pillay Associates PN 1568590. 1stly - Shouted at the receptionist saying from May onwards, his only taking patience by appointments and not walk-ins (Not sure who forced him to treat non-booking clients- like we do not pay). 2ndly - No attention granted to me except to check my temperature and throat. Recommended meds to purchase at a pharmacy without clericity. I was recommended to Dr. Pillay by a colleague, I went there with anticipation of well care. I have never in my life been treated by such an arrogant Dr. Young kids who took up medicine to prove a point non other saving lives. I have been thrown in dirt to be attended to by such arrogance. A. Thomas, if you do not want to commence to your daily job role. Try something different, but playing with peoples lives?! You took it to an extreme. I am livid. Guy said, you could either have swine flu or covid- fortunately we do not test. I do not care whether you test or not. I want to get better. your arrogance???? Grow Up
So disappointed at Regent insisting that I pay late submission fee for two assignments when their portal opened so late. I still do not understand how students are expected to hand in assignments in a space of a week. One lecture did extend the date. The other two did not. I will acknowledge when I am at a wrong, this, I am not responsible for at all :(
My newly bought handbag is peeling off just after one use and Aldo Retail Store is not responding to my emails. So disappointed. They need to take this poor quality handbag of theirs back.
So disappointed at Telkom services. I'm done with TELKOM! I had a contract with Telkom which I have paid in full. I was paying for an insurance for more than a year and I had decided to cancel their services. I sent an email to [email protected] and have not received a response nor reference pertaining my cancellation. To my surprise, this matter has been handed over to debt collectors! From paying R152 for an insurance to having to pay R1200+. This is extremely ridiculous and TELKOM will find out from hellopeter that THEY WILL NOT RECEIVE A SINGLE CENT FROM ME. I have proof that I have cancelled my insurance. To add to that, I have never claimed from it. How in this universe does someone owe an insurance that they have never claimed from? Instead they were chowing my money throughout and I still owe them? SHAME ON YOU TELKOM. SHAME I will dispute this until its handed over to the ombudsman!!!!!!!
Second day with trying to get through to the collections department with no success. I have been double deducted and I cannot get through to the relevant department to assist. This is exhausting

I have two portfolios with Old Mutual and will be taking up more. I have been assisted with my late dad's unclaimed benefit funds from decades ago. I couldn't be anymore happier with their services. Rooting For Old Mutual Products and services throughout :)
Metropolitan refuses to grant me (a beneficiary) my late father's partial surrender payout stating that I have to provide a Letter of Authority even when they have released some funds twice in the past without a hassle. I have been in contact with them for the past three weeks with no success. I do not even receive feedback unless I lash via email which is extremely unprofessional. To think that I had plans to proceed with them for any insurance service provided, I will not and urge potential customers to not consider using them for anything. Laverne Douries tries to help but keeps saying she needs to hear further from the head office. The documents I have sent have not changed for more than a decade, still, they do not want to assess my application and grant me MY funds. DO NOT USE METROPOLITAN. So disappointed. I wished my dad had used a different company!
I have a #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS from my FNB premier account. I see a lot of people have disputed these funds and how FNB is ripping us off. I would like to go back to the normal savings account ASAP. FNB charges too many things separately outside the normal monthly charges. Im considering changing to another bank now. This is crazy. how do you owe a bank R750 not on overdraft????? I want my funds.
