im still waiting for feedback from this company on what is the way forward for my account

I signed up with the company telling them about my situation and they were understanding they then went and debite my account in march which i didnt agree to and they refusing to refund me also the gentlemen in February said i dont have a agreement with them yet as i didnt supply my ID document and bank statement now they refusing to refund me and on the 6th April they terminated services with me
My lines got cut Tuesday 5th July logged a call for someone to come out they came on Friday it's now 11 July i await splicing and they still have not contacted me with a time I have contacted the company the lady promised at 9am this morning to send someone out the service is terrible
i have installed chase in my vehicle last year all they do is deduct premiums they do not assure me that they know where my car is i called now their call centre is offline they said they will call me tomorrow but before i could speak she slammed the phone down it is not professional and im really worried if my car is stolen they wont able to find it
<p>i am not impressed with the lack of help i am getting from fnb with regards to my query my account was double debited all i ask is to reverse the transaction and nobody wants to help me with that what if this was the last money i had.</p> <p>I asked them to reverse it and I got no feedback from them they usually can reverse the transaction as it is still in my account they did this for me two months ago and if this was fraud I would sit and be victim?</p>
