Handing over account CLI2159363 while the tracker was not working for more than a year.
Tracker is taking my account to debt collector,i phoned them 2 years ago to canacel my account as the car was no more in use and not moving anymore and they wanted me to pay a lot of money so that they cancel,but i disagreed.The car was not even moving anymore,even the battery at that care was taken off as the car engine was dead.And now they are taking me to a debt collector demanding i pay them R1926.88.This is unacceptable.

Handing over account CLI2159363 while the tracker was not working for more than a year.

Car track damaged my central lock system
Cartrack installed a tracker in my car on February 10, 2025. The next day, on the 11th, my central locking system stopped working. I called them, and they sent a technician on the 13th to check it. The technician did something, and the central locking seemed to work again, but by the next day, February 14, it had stopped working again. When I called Cartrack, they told me they weren’t liable and that I’d have to buy a new central locking system because they couldn’t help me. I regret listening to the person who referred me to Cartrack because their service is trash.

Phone hacking
I caught my husband so many times through his chats and all about cheating on me and when i told him he always claims that he has changed and all. right now he hides his phone from me and i still guess he is cheating cause i could not break into his phone any more so i was referred to a hacker named FRED who i ran to for help and this hacker was able to break into his phone and proved me with the access to my husband phone without my spouse knowing about the hack. Right in my phone I have all my husband's daily activities . I got to read all his chats, texts, calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, and many more. This hacker is really great, thank you. Phone hacking

No sense of emergency
This company is not helpful at all, they don’t have emergency number, the number that you call is the call centre number that operate during office hours only and when you get them during office hours they tell you to call helpline number off which the call centre does not even have. My brother got highjacked and we couldn’t get hold of them. They’ve been paying them since 2012. Money gone to waste It’s a **** of a tracking company.
