Sanlam contact center moved from being best to worst
The phone takes more than an hour and you go to whattsap at 10:00 and you are promised to be assigned to an agent. That happens after 17:00. Where on earth can this kind of service serve customer. What has changed from the good old Sanlam?2 replies

Cumbersome process to withdraw from RA
It is difficult to withdraw from Old Mutual RA because you get told to email the form to ***@oldmutual and there is no reference number that you receive in the form of autoreply. You phone, you hold for about 25 min and once answered get given another number to call. You go to the branch to check progress with no help. Why not follow what Sanlam is doing?1 reply

Teneo Education is after money and no human development
<div>I enrolled by son for year 2023 but sadly he could not attend due to illness. This has led to him not to write assignments and tests and the educators advised me to deregister him; which made sense. I did so and months later I was told to be owing a month's fee. Is Teneo ran by money monks or people that have empathy and sympathy? I raised a question in Aug 2023 and till now, the lady is waiting is till waiting for management's response. She does not let me into the Zoom meeting because she does not help me resolve my issue of communicate to me. This is disgusting as I would like to re-register my sickly son.</div>0 replies

Pathetic Tymebank service coupled with clueless employees.
I received my money on the 31st of December 2021. On the 3rd of Jan 2022, I tried to pay my beneficiaries for school needs but got some error on their app. I logged a call and the loafing clueless agents and back-end staff closed the call without resolving the problem..So our preparations for school opening fails because of this ****py "modern" bank..1 reply
