I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. First, they failed to ship my order by the promised delivery date, and it wasn't even handed over to the courier by June 24th. On June 21st, I requested to cancel my order due to the delay, but they still shipped it on June 24th. They then told me to refuse the package if I didn't want it, which I did. After notifying them of the refusal, they promised a refund once the package was marked "returned to sender." Even after the package reached this status, they did not refund me, stating I had to wait until they physically received the return. This has caused unnecessary delays. Their actions have been *********, and their handling of the situation has been extremely unprofessional.

They took the money & did not send the product!
A few years ago I considered BG, a safe online store for shopping. This has changed in an emphatic way recently. The latest example is a recent purchase. Without any notice, a product listed as readily available was never sent. They just kept the money and sent nothing without any notice! I had to contact their slow customer service to ask what happened with the order and they were full of empty excuses. Banggood has become the worst online store I used, it has lost my trust and I would not advise anyone to trust it.

They took the money & did not send the product!

Lost lost of money and no product!
Out of pocket loosing a lot of money here by Banggood! Purchase a projector Not having all the screen function's as it should have. Asked for a refund where they ask to return it. It cost me almost three time more what I paid for the projector and where nothing was found wrong from their side. STOLE my money and lost the postage cost. They stole form me and there is nothing I can do! DONT BUY FROM THESE LOT CALLING THEMSELVES BANGGOOD THEY SELL YOU BROKEN ITEMS AND YOU WILL LOOSE LOTS OF MONEY THROUGH THEM! Tried their customer service but goes around it and makes if they know of nothing!~ Now I lost all this money and no where to turn. This customer they lost for ever and will spread the word and expose them on all social media platforms

Bad Customer Service
I made a purchase from this particular website which turned out to be a bad purchase. I purchased a mobile phone device which upon arrival appeared to be defective. It wasn't charging. No matter how many hours I left the mobile phone charging, it showed no indication of charging and no indication of operation. I spoke directly to Banggood customer service staff opening a ticket and the process ticked for days until the ticket was automatically closed without any help. Now I have opened another ticket and they have started telling me the same things they said to me in the first ticket before it was closed. The first ticket was closed because their last reply was: "we will update for you as soon as possible, please wait patiently" and I was just waiting... As you can see, the company in question has bad service and is fooling the customer by giving them **** hopes that he will answer him soon and this never happens until days pass and the ticket is automatically closed. This company does not assume its responsibilities and as a result does not compensate its customer.

No after sales sales
Bought a few items from them .. no after sales service. Tried to return an inverter that failed after 24 hrs. They kept insisting I send them pictures of the damage . It's an electronic device . For that to happen I would have had to dismantle the product and void the guarantee. I eventually through the product away.i will never engage in business with these ******* again!
