I booked a vehicle via PRICELINE. I was then told the vehicle hire company would be GREEN MOTION. There was a hidden deposit that i was not made aware of. I had to pay the deposit or else i would have lost my upfront payment for the use of the vehicle. I am now not having any luck with getting my deposit refunded. Worst service i ever experienced.

I booked a hotel . Made a mistake. Called within 30 minutes and they refused to refund me or help me . I also called the hotel ! Each said the same thing it’s non refundable . Over 20 years using both Priceline and this hotel . They stole $220 from me ! How can a company do this ? I would understand if it had been hours or a day but I called right away ! I wouldn’t suggest using them with practices as bad as this !

Booked the RIU Palace Punta Cana in Dominican Republic. When we arrived on May 24, 2024 there was peeling paint and leaking water in the bathroom ceiling. Probably dirty water from room above. The room was dirty. The grounds were dirty and had litter throughout the complex. 2 pools were extremely cloudy. At the buffet there were ****roaches crawling on the walls We went to the front desk and asked to speak to the mgr. Jose at front desk said he spoke to mgr and there was nothing they could do. This hotel and all sister hotels were booked. We asked for refund as we needed to check into a different hotel as the condition of our room and hotel in general were unsanitary. The rep refused to give Ilya a refund or any help. We immediately called Priceline and explained the issues. We said we had photos and videos. We asked that Proceline get us to another hotel immediately. Rep said they could not do that and would escalate and we should receive an email in 24 to 48 hours from another dept. We explained we could not eat at the hotel because of the roaches and the room with leaking ceiling from bathroom above was a health hazard. Priceline did nothing. We booked a hotel thru Cheap Caribbean for the next day and for the remainder of our intended stay at our expense. When we got back I spoke to Priceline and asked for a refund. They said they will not do it. They fulfilled their obligation by securing us a hotel initially and that was all they needed to do. I said they needed to secure us a clean sanitary room without dirty water leaking into our room. Rep said Priceline is not going to do anything but give us a 15% discount on next trip! How absurd. DO NOT Book Travel thru Priceline. They do nothing is you have issues. The issues we experienced were major.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the handling of my recent reservation made through Priceline. On2/12/24book a room at The Dive Hotel in Palm Springs for an early Valentine's Day trip with my wife. I received a confirmation number for this reservation, indicating that it was confirmed and guaranteed. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that they would not be able to honor my reservation because Priceline had allegedly provided too low of a price. Despite spending over three hours on the phone with multiple Priceline representatives, I was met with nothing but apologies and excuses. Not only was I left without accommodation for the evening, but my plans for a romantic getaway with my wife were completely ruined. I found the lack of transparency and inconsistency in communication to be unacceptable. Additionally, I was disappointed by the unwillingness of Priceline to assist me in finding alternative accommodation that was comparable to the one I had originally booked. As a loyal customer who has used Priceline many times before, I am deeply disappointed by the way I was treated in this situation. It is unacceptable for a company to take payment, issue a confirmation number, and then fail to fulfill their end of the agreement. I am requesting compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused by this experience. Furthermore, I urge Priceline to review its policies and procedures to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar situations in the future. [email protected] We booked flights tickets through this travel agent. On the day of Departure we were informed that we need a Schengen visa to travel the book route. We are struggling now for 2 days to get this sorted out, only tickets get logged without any positive feedback on a rescheduled flight It just feel we are getting nowhere and money was paid and nobody cares.

This lodging is super cuteee. Never been to it or known about it, however I was charmingly shocked. Cherished the room , very chic stylistic layout. Extensive standing glass shower, huge television, and yummy smelling toiletries. Also, this may be the first occasion when I went to an inn and the sheets didn't require Olympic rowboating solidarity to untuck the edges . Profoundly valued! It's the seemingly insignificant details that tally lol. The minibar was very much supplied, numerous decisions - chips, pretzels, sodas, h2o, a lot of brew/wine and smaller than normal spirits [sorry neglected to snap a photo :( ] In room eating accessible all day, every day (albeit late night menu is constrained) Menu is somewhat expensive however I completely delighted in breakfast in bed! It was great. Extraordinary spot, def suggested!
