Booking Error made by Travel agency

We booked flights tickets through this travel agent. On the day of Departure we were informed that we need a Schengen visa to travel the book route. We are struggling now for 2 days to get this sorted out, only tickets get logged without any positive feedback on a rescheduled flight

It just feel we are getting nowhere and money was paid and nobody cares.
