[email protected] We booked flights tickets through this travel agent. On the day of Departure we were informed that we need a Schengen visa to travel the book route. We are struggling now for 2 days to get this sorted out, only tickets get logged without any positive feedback on a rescheduled flight It just feel we are getting nowhere and money was paid and nobody cares.
Good day KLM Air France My husband booked a flight ticket through a travel agent Priceline, travel dates 13 July till 29 July return. Upon checking in at Cape Town International Airport I was informed that we need Schengen Visas to enter Paris. We tried for 2 hours on the airport to reroute with no luck. When I call or whatsap Priceline and explain to them what the problem is, they refer me back to the Air line. It is a back and forth the whole time. I manage to get Air France on messenger but it seems that we were ****med as they wanted to verify my husband's bank details to see if he really paid the ticket. While I was busy with the agents, we received an email that the KLM flight for the 14th July was delayed, but we wasn't informed that the flight was even rescheduled. I then advised this agent which I was busy with and they informed me they are busy with it. Since the verification and all that I haven't heard from them and the chat on messenger is now unavailable. My husband received a call round about 10.20pm last night and the group crew advised that they are missing us, again we wasn't informed that we need to be at the airport on the 14th. I interact again with Priceline Travel Agency and they called me back I was on the phone with them for 2hours, they gave me a Case nr 1077773904 that was logged for a refund.
